Chicos Pizza

Habitually late delivery. Food would be okay quality if it was ever delivered in a timely manner. I have ordered takeout several times and been pleasantly satisfied, but it’s apparent that their delivery staff doesn’t care.
I’ll gladly update my review if my delivery concerns are ever addressed. Take out? Great. But for a business that is mostly delivery I expect more.
Especially from a place so close.

Chico’s, my office ordered our last burger from you last night. their food has gone from mediocre to inedible. This weekend we had dry burgers with one end cut of a tomato, maybe four small flakes of rotten iceberg lettuce and one tiny piece of red onion. What are we paying for? We’re repeat customers, yet they feel like they can cut back and literally serve us scraps that should be composted.

I order latenight American food fairly frequently, so I know what to expect in terms of quality. Ordered mozz sticks, chicken tenders, fries and garlic bread. Order took over 2 hours and they forgot to deliver my drink. It was so late that I didnt realize it right away, so basically the just stole that money from me. Well whatever, at least I got good food right? Uh no. Only the mozz sticks were edible. Fries were soggy to the point of being dripping wet. Chicken was fried hard and tacky. Bread was so hard that it took a show of strength to break off a piece. And all if it was stone cold because it was made over 2 hours before. 90% of it went directly into the trash.
Run for the hills! This place blows! You’d be better off chewing on your shoe for 20 minutes and going to bed.

For a late night offering, this spot is pretty together. It’s conveniently located on the corner of Crack Street & Pipe Alley right where I live, and the grease from here is a pivotal inclusion within everyone’s diet. Don’t ignore the top of the food pyramid. Their pizza and mozzarella sticks are a matter of health, and the best time to integrate these food groups is between 1 and 3 in the morning. You read it on the Internet, so it must be true.
If you’re lucky, the tall black tranny with the biceps and sharp pink enamel nails will come pay you a visit and say heyyyyyyyyy. But if you’re not that all that lucky, you’ll at least get to shove down some good chew.

Food is good, but service is slow. I like the thin crust slices, and the burger and fries. But the last time I ordered the burger I had to wait 25 minutes. It wasn’t even busy. I could see the cook was warming up the occasional slice, but no whole pizzas being made or deliveries going out. One phone call the whole time and two guys working, one counter, one cook. It was a burger you could slap together in 5 minutes.

This place is pretty good. Its not in the best neighborhood but the food and price is worth it. The inside is very clean/​new, the workers are really nice and laid back. They are open until 3am everyday which is awesome for «the late-​night munchies» or for someone who gets hungry on a 3^rd/​Graveyard shift. I see past reviews about language problems, but how much do you wanna say to your deliver driver? «Hello, Thank you, Goodbye!» If there is a problem, call the store and they will take care of it.

The food speaks for its self atmosphere is judge by what you can handle if you came for late night anytime good pizza this is the place im very particular about what i eat its ridiculous especially being a chef as well…

Waited over an hour for food, driver went to the wrong address, did not speak english and didnt read the address via eat24 correctly. Couldn’t even communicate with him. Had to totally cancel.

Excellent food. Excellent service. The manager made me a great spaghetti and meat dish himself near closing time at 300am. He did it happily and told me don’t worry about the time. Definitely a place I will visit again!

I had gone down a few times ordering pizza twice and wings twice. The pizza wasn’t too bad except one time I ordered several slices, the sign out front said that I should have gotten a can of soda for each slice. When I brought it to their attention I was told that I needed to ask for the soda. I was like you charged me for it aren’t you going to make good on the advertisement? Their reply was no. Ok. The first time I ordered wings they were great, the next time I ordered them they were way over done, hard and crusty really. I brought it to their attention and they said I should have looked before I left instead of throwing them out when I got home; who opens the box to check before they leave a pizza joint or any fast food place? We assume that the order is right. I am in a wheelchair I told them when I had gotten home I got out if my chair and didn’t want to get back in it to go all the way back down there. So far they haven’t made good on the soda or the wings, they said they would make good on the wings the next time I was in but they haven’t.

Food came after 1 hour 55 min (no joke).
The best part of it? Them messing up with the order.
Dont waste your time ordering for delivery there they clearly are incompetent.
The calzone was geasy and chewy (and delivered cold, obviously).
Where is the zero star button?

I’ve been here a few times now and my experience here is always awesome. 2 thumbs up for the employees and the food. Thanks for being open soo late.

Excited this pizza joint opened up right next door to my place of employment. Their employees are always friendly and the service is excellent. We always order pizza from them for family events and employee parties. Their pizza is pretty decent for the TL and their spaghetti is legit as well. If you’re not in the mood for pizza there’s also hamburgers and fries. This place is clean and well lit. Stop by if you’re ever in the TL.

Have ordered a few times since they are close by. Food is ok but not great. One thing I hate is they always either forget the drinks or get the number of drinks I ordered wrong. Check your order and don’t pay upfront using a credit card. At least with cash you can take the cost of the «lost» drinks off without trouble.

These guys arent bad. The pizza isnt the greatest but the pastas are ok. Service for carryout is food but the drivers try to pull that «meet me at my car, I cant find parking» bit often. Location is super hood.

I feel so fantastically bad giving this review. This is my first bad review of a place. But the pizza is just bad. It tastes funny and doesn’t sick well in my stomach. I have given this place a few chances. Recently they have this special on spaghetti, garlic bread, and soda for like 6 bucks. The spaghetti is alright. Way better than the pizza.
The location of the place is not great for people that unfamiliar with the TL. Usually customers are made up of locals.
The only reason I don’t give this place one star is that the staff is usually very nice, especially the manager. They also keep it very clean.
