Solid burger + fries, at least as good as you’d get at one of the sit down places but faster and cheaper. $ 20 with a beer. Seats at the counter make it convenient and offer a chance to socialize with your fellow travelers. Good value in terminal 2. I’ll be back.

We ordered Breakfast Sandwich with fruits. However, they gave us the sandwich with fries. We went back for the correction, and they threw away the fries and tossed the fruits into the plate. We said we could have kept the fries, but were denied. What a waste of food

A grilled chicken sandwich and drink cost $ 25. This place is a complete rip off. They got jokes as their register states no credit card charges under $ 7. You are lucky if you get a bite and drink for under $ 15. The service is just as terrible, but are great compared to the grilled chicken that has so much charing on it from the grill that’s hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, that you only taste burntness

Wasn’t expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised!!! Asked for a medium burger and it was cooked actually medium! It did not seem like a frozen burger. The lettuce was fresh and not iceberg! It came with red onion, maybe a little too much, but easily taken off. The fries were almost steak fries and were just perfect! It’s a shame you need a ticket to eat here. A must visit!

I go through this terminal very often and walk by burger joint, look at their menu and order a beef bowl from Wakaba Sushi across it. Two reasons I have never ordered from here… I feel the price is unreasonable for burger even for airport and I like the Japanese Beef Bowl next to it. :) Today I wanted to give it a try and ordered a basic Hamburger for $ 13. It came with tomato, lettuce, pickle and mayo, accompanied by steak fries. To my surprise, the burger was pretty decent… I had it well done, medium would hv been a bit juicy I think. The fries had no flavor. With some salt and ketchup it was alright. You can add additional toppings to your burger for couple bucks for each topping. I assume a loaded burger can end up in $ 20+, in that case I would just go to Lark Grill few steps down and order a steak to suppress my meat craving. :)

This was not your typical fast food burger. It was just what I’d describe as a good olé fashioned «American dinner» burger. And the fries… DELICIOUS! Great big, fat, golden, and crispy! Worth the extra lap at the gym!

The burger was excellent, grilled medium rare just how I like it, juicy, flavorful and tasty. The fries were a different story, warm, soggy, tasteless no seasoning. I commented to the cashier but she just acknowledged and did nothing. After a few minutes, she asked if I wanted some fresh fries. They should not be serving heat manors fries in the first place especially with the burgers being prepared fresh. Go there when busy so you know you are getting fresh hot fries

Interesting to see the 2 and 3 star reviews — my experience was GREAT.
Rushing to catch a flight already boarding, Burger Joint not only got me my meal, but handled my additions to the order after it’d already been sent to cook (adding mushrooms and avocado). Surprisingly great burgers; fries were crisp — better than expected. Shake was a little thin, but quality ice cream. The gal at the counter was all business, but still pleasant.
Probably the best burger I’ve had in YEARS.

I stopped here to eat since it was the only thing that was worth eating so late at night while I was waiting. Surprisingly I philly cheesesteak was actually good. Only thing I didn’t like was the portion sizes. If you’re going to rip me off with the ridiculous airport prices, at least give me my monies worth. Cheesesteak, fries, and tea cost me almost $ 20.

Super slow service, French fries were not fresh, the tips were greenish, taste bad, burnt on the outside and half raw in the middle. The hamburger was also burnt. There were only 3 people ordered food including myself and everyone was waiting for 10 minutes for their food to be ready. I almost missed my flight!

I LOVE BURGER JOINT! It’s my favorite restaurant inside SFO. Small but quick service. I always get the double cheeseburger with a side of fries. It’s not fast food, it’s cooked and grilled and the fries are also real potatoes. Not expensive and they also sell bottle beer! It’s the best place to go too if you love good burgers!

Sitting at the terminal now and just destroyed a double cheeseburger and cheese fries from here and it was an amazing burger for an airport. Friendly service although the guy at the counter calls u bro constantly lol. The burger is freshly grilled on an open flame grille and absolutely delicious! Wife had a Philly cheesesteak and loved it. A bit of a heavy meal but with a long flight ahead… Just what we needed

I’m currently watching Daniela, the girl with attitude who seems to be a cashier and also handle food not only get my order completely wrong, but PICK AND CLEAN OUT FROM UNDERNEATH HER ACRYLIC NAILS.

The burger joint in terminal 2 SFO is a cool spot. Since its in an airport expect the price to be adjusted accordingly.
The burger was actually surprisingly juicy and full of flavor. The fries were also fried to a crisp. Overall the burger tasted like it was from an actual burger joint. Not some BS spot in an airport
Overall: might return if I’m in terminal 2

Unexpectedly great burger and fries!
I had low expectations with this place being tucked away in a dark little corner, but tried it out because Firewood grill was closed this morning. Prices seemed a little high, but I didn’t realize that the burger came with fries. Burger tasted great; fries were fat and had just the perfect amount of crispness. Would definitely come back.

We came to this place to catch a quick bite right before we headed out back to the east coast.
I had the BLT and enjoyed it a lot. My wife had the cheeseburger and it looked pretty good as well.
It is pricey (but everything at airports usually is). I believe ours after tax and tips for two sandwiches and fries was around 30 bucks.

My mini burger from this place was fantastic. However, the fries were way too thick for my taste. $ 11.06 total for just a ¼ burger & no drink so it’s definitely overpriced but hey, its expected because we’re at the airport. My burger was very juicy and they have a pretty extensive menu (even some healthy options) so I recommend this place.

Two things to appreciate about this place:
1. They serve the full menu all day!
2. They cook up your order fresh each time!
So with some some free time before my flight and decided to give this place a try. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with a side of french fries and a drink.
The sandwich comes in an english muffin with a good size helping of crispy bacon. Gooey cheese and a freshly cooked egg… it’s delish. The fries are thick cut which normally isn’t my favorite but since they were dropped hot and served up fresh I ate every single one!
All in all a very good «fast» meal. If you have a little extra time this place is worth giving s try!

Had a burger and fries for lunch at the SF airport. I was starving and finally ate a late lunch when we got to SFO.
The burger was pretty good. It had one meat patty, lettuce, tomato, red onions and lots of sliced pickles. I don’t care for too much pickles in my burger. The meat was seasoned well. I enjoyed my burger. It also came with fries. The fries were a thicker cut and looked like they cut up the whole potato with skin and deep fried it. It was cooked to perfection. The fries were soft and crunchy.
I liked this particular burger joint. They were so busy. There was a long line right after my husband placed our order. It was a little pricey. For three combos with fries and three drinks, it totaled to $ 40. It was well worth it cause I enjoyed my meal. It tasted great! Located near the gates at the end. Definitely worth a try if you want a burger and fries!

Solid choice in the airport wing with gates 50 to 59. Our breakfast sandwich and veggie scramble were freshly made on the grill in front of our eyes.
I special ordered the scramble to add jalapenos and hold the cheese, no problems.
Good coffee too.
