I am sick and tired of the discrimination by the latin employees of this store they take other latino customers first even though you my be first in line. They ignore you and look for latino customers first

First off beware of the following. Boost mobile does not have a single retail store in the world! This outfit on mission is a third party retailer selling the phones. Nothing wrong with that except that if u have any problem with your handset, u r on your own. NOREFUNDSPERIOD. Bought the iPhone 5c because boost has unlimited data, however, that does not apply to video calling. Only on a wifi network, really?! I could get a damn iPad for that. Go to T-mobile instead!!!. U get what u pay for; how true that is of wireless carriers. ATT and VERIZON big rip offs. T-mobile better price and service by far

Boost is CRAP. This review is not about any specific store, but about the company in general. The phone service itself is fine, but their customer non-service is TERRIBLE. The people themselves are friendly and try to help, but they have no ability to get anything done. The company just wants to take your money and not fix any problems. TERRIBLE management, TERRIBLE business practices. Don’t waste your time, so somewhere else. ** end of rant **

This review is NOt about this particular store — it’s about what a shitty company Boost Mobile is. They have a shrinkage plan — which is touted as an incentive to pay your bill on time. For each 6 months — you get a $ 5 reduction in your monthly bill amount. Only one problem — you have to call and TELL them to reduce your billing — they sure don’t do it automatically. They’re a really lousy company and you can’t get hold of an actual person on their customer service telephone number. They STILL owe me $ 5 from 6 months ago. If you want aggravation and poor service, and an inability to get ANY customer service — this is the company for you. They SUCK.

I purchased a smart phone from a Radio Shack using Boost service. I was told that reception would be fine where I was. I found out that there was no reception. I returned the phone to radio shack who said to call Boost about a refund on the service. I did this and Boost promised to send me a refund for the first month of service I had paid for in advance. They gave me a confirmation number and date I would receive it by. I never received my refund and when I called Boost they said they could not give it to me and gave me all sorts of ludicrous excuses and switched me to about five different people. I do not recommend Boost Service unless it is the last carrier you have access to. They are liars.

If you go here only ask for Vanessa, Rosario, or Jasmine these girls are really informative about the phones as well as the policies. They are really hard working and don’t give you the«you have to buy it now» hoopla like other associates. When you are getting a phone and investing in a couple of hundred, you want to make sure you are getting your monies worth and not a high school attitude that rolls their eyes when you ask a question like in some stores. You don’t want to invest in anything that has associates more worried about their looks or what they are wearing to «look good» instead of looking great as a associate that knows their stuff. This store is great depending on who you have end up helping you, but take your time making the right decision; no pressure. Ask a lot of questions, their job is to answer them. *If an associate can’t explain an app or any technical questions as a tech lover, it’s a painful stab in the psyche.

Not sure why the one star reviews? Maybe I got lucky, but I found Vanessa to be extremely pleasant and helpful in getting me a new phone. Don’t let the haters below throw you for a loop. Go in and give Boost a try. Yes, it’s a bit ghetto, but given the $avings over the contract-based players in the cell phone game, I’d say a little aesthetic compromise is worth it.
