It was easy to find out availability and pricing. I requested to add a server last minute and they handled it no problem. The women that showed were on-time, followed instructions and were a HUGE help. Definitely using them again!

I’m proud to be the first person to review Bay Area Event Staffing after having such a wonderful and professional experience working with Ann and her crew. I called Ann 1WEEK before a wedding scheduled for Saturday Thanksgiving weekend. Yes people, THANKSGIVING weekend. My friend had contracted with her caterers to have a service staff to serve food, bus tables, and bartend her wedding. The MONDAYBEFORETHEWEDDING, the caterers got into this«i’m not serving that other caterer’s food» quarrel and we were stuck– without a staff to serve at the wedding. I called Ann(after a referral from another event planner who was booked) and she was heaven sent! She happened to be free that Saturday. Immediately, she began asking important questions regarding the wedding event, location, number of guests, menu, bar, etc. Ann was extremely thorough and responsive. She gave me a quote the next day, informed me of how many staff members and found a bartender to work the bar. The crew size was based on the number of guests and planned activities throughout the evening. We were in contact the whole week preparing and finalizing details. The day of the wedding, Ann delivered with the utmost professionalism. Her staff were dressed in all black, clean, and presentable. Ann was the team lead and was my «go-to» person the whole evening. We had a buffet style dinner and her crew replenished the food, bussed the tables, cleaned the dishes and glasses, the bartender made great drinks, they cut the cake, anything that needed to be done, they did it and were great at it. The bride enjoyed her wedding, without a care as to the behind the scenes actions thanks to the event staff. If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I rave on and on about Bay Area Event Staffing. I hope you’ll call Ann and her crew if ever you need an event staff or just some help with planning.
