I give this 5 star review because of the service I received this evening. They delivered my order, and it was incorrect. I called to provide feedback, and the manager immediately and genuinely apologized. He sent out another order, and to my delight, included a piece of cheesecake. This may seem insignificant, but quite on the contrary, it made a bad situation extremely pleasant. It was an unexpected, kind gesture, and he should be commended! Nice job!

I come here once in a while when I am in the area. Sometimes we eat here before the game. I like their individual size thin crusted New York pizza. It’s thin but not soggy, just enough amount of crunch and cheese flavor. I tried their Fettuccini Alfredo and it was tasty too, but I don’t eat alfredo any longer, trying to drop some weight. Service here is usually pretty good, but not on a game days — it gets crazy here on the game days. They keep the place in good shape, clean bathrooms and good management. Parking is always a problem around here, don’t even try to find parking on the game days when garages charge anywhere from $ 70 to $ 90 — just absurd. Public transit or über is the way to get here when Giants are playing. But that’s another subject :)

Over-priced mediocre food. Ordered the margarita pizza which was really soggy. Our garlic bread was burnt to a crisp which black charred edges, and they had to the nerve to serve it. AVOID. I had better pizza at Little ceasers.

Went online to order, all delivery area maps are locked behind a google wall. Wtf? I go ahead and order online a medium pizza with pepperoni and pineapple. Total? $ 34.93 Yep that’s right. 24.34 for a medium pizza and over $ 10 dollars worth of fees from«driver support» to hsco and a 6 dollar delivery fee. Unreal.

Very disappointed overall. Order mini pizza asked for no olives and they put double. Waiter never returned to check in on me. Had to take them off which took a lot of the cheese with it. I had to get up to ask for the check. Horrible experience for a $ 17 mini pizza.

After visiting Super Bowl City, we decided to take a stroll around the AT&T Park area before hitting up the train station. After many random bar hopping stops, we were getting hungry and pizza just sounded awesome. Already super hungry, anything would probably have tasted awesome, but I really think this place had some decent items. The only seating available was at the bar right in front of the counter. It was cool watching them throw the dough up. They have a LOT of dough. It was a cool experience. Started with the lemon chicken wings and were absolutely blown away by them. They were awesome! Pizza itself wasn’t bad. We got the cheese combo. Crust on the bottom needs to be crispier. Crust edges were good though. Overall we were satisfied. Can’t stop thinking about those wings though. Good location in front of the park. We’d come back.

Thank you to manger Eduardo and his staff. We had my son’s 30th Birthday on the patio here on Saturday 4÷23÷16. They did a fabulous job. The 2 waiters that were in charge of our large party(30+ people) did an excellent job!!! Our drinks were never empty and the food came out timely and always hot. Everything tasted great. Everyone had a great time and it was easy to just walk over to the Giants game after our party. We will defintly come here again. Thank you again!

Pizza was OK. Be sure to take out a second mortgage or just hope your kids get a scholarship to college since the bill adds up quick at this place.

My partner literally order from here every weekend, and the usual«Margarita Pizza» which is the best margarita pizza ever! He decided to try something new(I wish never did) and went w/the Siciliano pizza… An hour later the large pizza, spinach salad, and garlic bread arrived. I was excited, I took a bite and literally cried. It was very bland. The broccoli wasn’t cooked. I sooo disappointed, how do you only have 1 really good pizza! Sad face

The pizza is great but they take forever to deliver. If you go through eat24 half the time it takes over an hour. Tonight we placed an order and 40 minutes later we get a call from eat 24 stating they had a hard time getting through to the restaurant but that they had reached them and said it would be another 45 minutes until delivery. One hour and 20 minutes later we called the restaurant and they said they never received our order. Now we have to try to reach eat 24 to get a refund for an order that we were already charged for but never received. Oh and I am eating a peanut butter sandwich. Ridiculous.

Amici’s has some really good pizza! When I first came here and ordered the Siciliano pizza of which the waiter noted was his personal favorite. Now, it’s also my personal favorite! They put pieces of broccoli on it, with the real star of the show being the garlic which isn’t diced up, but rather placed on as cloves. I’ve tried many other selections of pizzas from here as well, but none have really matched up to the Siciliano. The appetizers here are also a treat! I definitely recommend the garlic breadsticks. The pastas are rather decent and generous in portion. I tried the fettuccine with pesto and clams and found it to be a bit on the heavy side in terms of sauce. Last, but not least, I have to say that the service here is excellent! The servers are very friendly and ready with refills and such.

I’ve ordered from here twice, and the food is good, but not brilliant. I’ve ordered the pesto linguine and the marinara pasta. The sauce usually tastes great, and the pasta is cooked just right. However, the price is not worth the amount of food you get. Getting a large pasta will be enough for a single person, but no more. Family sized pastas(I got one for 4 people thinking it would be enough) are not even close to family size. After we ordered, we had to cook extra food because we were still hungry. To pay $ 30 for the small amount of pasta that Amici’s provides definitely is not ideal. Delivery is pretty slow. The first time I ordered from here, it took 45 minutes to arrive, while my second order took an hour. Given that I live about 15 minutes away in terms of walking distance, that was definitely longer than I expected. Overall, I’d say the food is good, but all the other parts of Amici’s fail to live up to the quality of the food.

GI patients rejoice! If you’re currently on a FODMAP diet and have to cut out gluten, dairy, garlic and onions, you’ve found your spot for a decent pie. They source their crusts from Mariposa bakery, which is some of the best in the city. On top of that, their margarita pizza can be made without tomato sauce, which much of the time is based with onions and garlic — olive oil is the substitute. My most recent experience at this restaurant was great. While I ordered a couple pies to go, their service was courteous; and even after mis-ordering(I forgot daiya cheese), they redid the order without any hassle, and 10 minutes later I had two new pizzas: o) We used to go to Extreme pizza and Patxi’s for GF pizza, and now this is our goto spot.

I ordered the Milano pizza here, and the pizza itself was delicious. It had nice pieces of bacon in it, red onions, green onions, and potatoes(which is always my personal favorite for pizza toppings). I also ordered the pizza togo and everything was prepared promptly and deliciously. Service was also quick and friendly, and they were very attentive to my needs. I would say that the only downside to the food would be that the pizza is priced quite high for not a whole lot of pizza. I paid about $ 21 for a small size. Regardless, I’m still optimistic, and I will definitely like to come back to try their other options, but probably not as frequently since the pizza is more expensive compared to other options.

Good pizzas! Crusts are not hard and not too fluffy! A chain so great for company expense. Spacious seating area. A lot of eateries on this one street to compete with.

Not a bad place on a busy street a half block from ATT Park. The pizza is ok not great, but better than the other choices in the neighborhood. They have a limited delivery area, and parking around there really sucks. They depend on the walk in traffic. The people are nice, and they mean well, but the feeling is «my job is to help you, but I am less than enthusiastic to be here.» In other words, less than motivated to be there. I ordered off of the Unilocal site, and if you are picking up food, that site was awesome, fast and easy, I would use this service again. I say, give them a shot, just beware of days or Nights when the Giants are playing, this place does get packed, so give your self some extra time. Ciao

Ordered take out at 530 for a pick up time of 6pm and the pizza was ready! I’m a first timer but was surprised at how fast they claim my pizza would be ready. We ordered the New haven white clam pizza and added on mushrooms, black olives, pesto sauce– it was delicious! The portion size is small compared to other places but I like that its thin crusted and not bready. We were able to actually finish a large between 2 people and not feel grossly full afterwards. This was actually my first time ordering a clam pizza and it wont be my last!

Really? A «hidden» surcharge of 4.85%? And sales tax on top of that? So what if the fine print in your menu states this surcharge will be added? Why not just build that into the price of the items on your menu for«the high cost of doing business…» instead of tricking people into thinking the price in the menu is what they’ll pay? Too bad your business practices don’t match the good pizzas you make.
