Alternative Remodeling

I will not hesitate to call David for any project we have in the future. He is professional and does beautiful work. He is prompt, clean, honest and fairly priced and also happens to be a very nice person. He returns calls promptly and keeps to the schedule he gives you at the beginning. Working with David was the best experience I have had with any contractor EVER.

David is an awesome contractor. My wife and I wanted to redo our kitchen and he came in with a good fair price. His work was great and attitude positive. Plus he’s a funny guy :)
He always was there to answer our questions or chat about concerns we had. He only works on your job so there’s no fear that he runs off to another job.

David is a contractor that can be relied upon for not only delivering the job on time and doing what he says he will do but also at the agreed upon price. My kitchen was a total remodel with removal of all improvements down to the shell. David expertly installed 25+ cabinets, provided a new electrical panel and circuits, installed granite counter tops, a hardwood floor, all new appliances, extra plumbing, under cabinet lighting, a new ceiling and painted the entire area
I compared him to other contractors and the most significant point he made was that he focuses his effort on your job full time. His workers are on time and they were neat and clean. David is a little old school in not having an email but he always answered his phone or returned call promptly. I have recommended his services to many people looking for a contractor and will continue to do so. David does not provide design advice and you should have a clear vision of what your trying to achieve.

I agree with the previous poster — David is a good guy — which can be rare to find in a contractor. His estimates are spot on and reasonable. He is easy going, level headed and does what he says he is going to do. I’ve worked with him on renovating my kitchen and my master bathroom and he would be tops on my list for any future projects.
