A&M Market is a great corner convenience store. They have a wide variety of items, great fresh produce and sandwiches. Fresh hot coffee greets you in the morning. If you’re up for entertaining or enjoying a relaxing dinner, their wine offerings will treat you right. Especially love the juices they offer, a wide selection of Naked mixed flavors. Sam and Nick are nice guys, always welcoming and quick with a joke and a laugh. Glad they’re in the neighborhood.

Sweet Jimmy’s is great, the ideal corner market when you need that little snack or last-minute bottle of wine. They’re installing a little deli counter, and we’re looking forward to picking up a sandwich for lunch or just munchy tmes.

Oh Sweet Jimmy’s I’m going to miss you. Reasonably Priced(For a liquor store) organic food along with the usual junk food crap you expect from a liquor store. You truly filled a really needed niche in my old neighborhood. Where else could I get an Amy’s Brown Rice Bowl, a 40, and a Vegan cookie at 11 pm on a Tuesday? No where! That’s why Sweet Jimmy’s is totally sweet.

I couldn’t live without sweet Jimmy & George. They are awesome. And hilarious. Plus the store always has almost everything I need without having to deal with a trip to the real grocery store. Great ice cream selection, frozen meals, healthy snacks AND junk food and liquor and more. Yeah, it’s more expensive than the regular store but it’s not THAT bad. It’s the best corner store ever for repeat customers.

Every neighborhood has a corner store, but most price-gouge you to death in exchange for convenience. Not so much here. I’m not saying you may not pay a little extra for certain items, but I never walk out of there feeling like I just dropped my soap in the showers. They’re just really nice people with a smattering of staples in an otherwise purely residential environ. And I, personally, feel comforted knowing that fresh baklava is only a block away from my sofa.
