This place used to be a lunch time regular spot for me but I have since been unimpressed everytime I eat here for the following reasons: A) They’ve stopped giving chips with meals B)The pricing keeps changing. Sour cream and cheese are always varying in price and basically the prices on the menu don’t mean much. C)The cashier only gives 1 stamp no matter how many meals you purchase. D) There is a 50% chance they get my order wrong on any given order. They have, however revamped the counter so you can see the ingredients now

Fantastic burritos this is one of my go to places when I’m working in the city. Plus the stamp card is awesome too. The worker are nice and the salsa is Great. I highly recommend the veggie burrito and a Mexican coke. Very very good. Five stars

Me and a coworker split a groupon which gave us burritos at $ 6.50 each. I got the shrimp burrito and I was actually pretty satisfied with my meal. I think if I paid standard prices, it wouldn’t have been worth the trip. The place makes chipotle style burritos but with some alternative proteins such as lobster and shrimp. Given the awful reviews I was expecting something much worse than I received. The shrimp burrito had a decent amount of shrimp and was cooked right. They skimped me a bit on tortilla chips so that was lame. They had a few salsas, their verde was good but one of their hot salsas tasted very much like siracha with some other things mixed in. That’s not salsa. Overall, 3 stars is about right if you use the groupon.

I give this place 5 stars for their curry chicken burrito. This burrito certainly makes it to the top 5 burritos in SF. Trust me when I say this and check it out for yourselves. BTW, this is one of those food establishments that is only open during the week since it’s in the heart of the financial district in downtown sf.

My bud Jeremy P bought a Groupon so we went back and shared some Chicken Nachos and he got a burrito. Not only were wer overcharged for the nachos, but they made me feel physically sick after. The burrito he got was so-so, but he said he didn’t want to come back, and I’m guna have to agree, it’s just not worth it. Sad because I thought I was on to something back in November.

Stake and prawn burrito was amazing. I wished it was wrapped better. Fresh ingredients and tender meat.

I decided to try the fish tacos and I’m sorry I did. When I got the plate back to work I couldn’t wait to dig in. The tacos were drowned in lots of cheese and sour cream and after taking a bite I realized why. First there was hardly any fish under all that and the few pieces I ate were bland. And the food was so oily that when I tried to lift one of the tacos to share with a coworker it fell apart! Just go up the street to Chipotle next time you’re in need of a taco/burrito fix. Or go another couple blocks down on Kearny to El Faro.

I had a meeting around here so I stopped in early before lunch to bring back a burrito to work. I’ve tried their sister place at One Market once and had a nice wrap so I thought this would be good. Couldn’t have been more wrong. Well, this was the most DISGUSTING burrito I have ever encountered. I asked for their 360 Burrito with STEAK and guacamole. I received a giant burrito filled with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, some horrible russian-dressing-like-sauce and big chunks of CHICKEN. To be fair, there were about four pieces of beef in there, but calling it steak is a huge stretch. It was awful. There was no guac. And, it was priced OVER $ 10.

I ordered the spinach salmon salad. I didn’t get spinach and by the time i got back to my office 2 blocks away what I did get was wilted lettuce and a bunch of zucchini with tiny pieces of salmon. My office mates got burritos and they seemed happy. Gave this place 2 stars since everyone else looked happy and nobody got sick.

The location is ideal in the Crocker Galleria a beautiful mall of sorts. The menu is straightforward and the personnel helpful if you have any questions. I always go with the super steak burrito to see the kind of ingredients and establishment uses. Happy to report 360 Gourmet Burritos uses high quality ingredients. Also I got a good portion of meat without requesting extra steak. The order got to me quickly even though it was lunch time and they had a line. The sauces are already in the cups, so grab a couple and enjoy the burrito. Also they have good seating inside and right outside in the mall

The first time that I came here the burrito seemed bland. But they have 5 different free homemade salsas and I was to blame for not taking enough of them to season and flavor it. Add your own salsa and your own flavor. I found the salsas to be simply wonderful, just tantalizing with fresh herbs, spices and bursting with flavor. With 5 to choose from(and mixing multiple scoops into each cup) the combinations really require more time/visits to choose a favorite. The extreme hot has just enough habanero to really be a noteworthy favorite. I doubt that I will ever have too much of that. Should really try the others more, I always try a different cup of one other plus the habanero sauce, but nothing else compares to the addictive habanero flavor. The salads have always been excellent. Things that seem pretty consistently mis-represented in other reviews: 1. Price. $ 10 for a burrito is NOT expensive. I saw a bunch of people saying that was too much??? REALLY? Compared to what? By Unilocal’s price scoring that falls into the moderate price scale which is the determining factor in my frequent returns here. Cannot get better food for less. 2. Authentic. People complain that the food is not authentic. This is NOT authentic at all. It is gourmet. It is better than authentic. It is more diverse(with more options), more flavorful AND more healthy than authentic. Remember: traditional Mexican food is based what the average Mexican living in Mexico can afford and has available. I like to think of this place as what the wealthy might choose or have available as options. It is unique and for that alone: I added a star because I have not experienced anything quite like it anywhere else. In all of my extensive travel: I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else and that is a shame because Gourmet is definitely a step in the right direction. I LOVE traditional Mexican food. But what is wrong with being better than authentic or traditional? There is always room for improvement and Gourmet has definitely created something special. 3. Ingredient quality is excellent. The salsa aroma hits you from a few feet away, the veggies are crisp and fresh, the chicken, salmon and beef are well prepared. 4. Healthier fare. This is healthier cooking than the authentic lard laden fare of the average authentic Mexican restaurant. They have taken the best of both and really made a one of a kind fusion. This is a unique one of a kind flavor and mix. Why would anyone want to make this authentic when there are countless hundreds of authentic places around in the first place? The selections here are what authentic SHOULD be, not what it is. Don’t hate the innovator. Unique is not for everyone, but this is healthy AND unique and that is a brilliant combination for my dollar. The closest thing that I could say is think of a Mediterranean Mexican fusion. Or as I said before: upscale Mexican with the resources to import anything from anywhere in the globe. Salmon is definitely not authentic Mexican, but who does not love salmon??? Want authentic? Enjoy your snapper/rockfish and tilapia. Me? I like variety, I like unique. I love authentic, but I also enjoy something fresh and new. People who demand only authentic cannot indulge in any different flavor and for that alone I would ignore their opinion. That said: 4 stars says that I am a fan and that is true. If we were to take points by score I would deduct for the ceiling tiles over the kitchen needing replacement and the t-bar needing painting or replacement. But aside from that my review pretty much stands at 4 stars. If this place were near my home: it would be a regular stop. Healthy, tasty food at a reasonable price is always going to win my loyalty. I wish that we had one of these in Los Angeles.

There are better options around here. The beef and chicken are pretty good, but all comes together kinda poorly. I think their tomato salsa makes things kinda messy and not that great. They have a choice of wraps, whole wheat and spinach. That’s a nice touch. But when it comes down to it, 360 feels like a burrito place in a random mall somewhere else in America. Not downtown SF. I even prefer chipotle than this place.

Went here because of a Go Dish deal & got the chicken Cobb salad. It looked like a chain so I was surprised my chicken was pretty good and I didn’t use the dressing. I dipped some salad in at the end just to try it and was glad I hadn’t used it though! Not bad for a $ 6 lunch though.

Got the prawn salad because I am trying to be good today… It’s pretty decent! Not the best ever, but I only paid $ 6.50 so I’m happy with it. Would definitely like to get a burrito next time since it is, after all, a burrito place. Maybe next time!

OKAY burritos, not horrible. but not authentic and definitely overpriced as you’d expect a burrito place in the FIDI/Crocker Galleria would be. I’m a bit torn about this place. I would give this place a 3 if it wasn’t as expensive. But I do like the fact that they substitute brown rice for free and even offer quinoa for $ 1.50. + Vegetarian and some fusion options. fine. The burritos start at $ 6.75 or so but does NOT include cheese or guacamole. so after making it ‘super’ and adding tax, it comes out to about $ 10 for a whatever burrito. Like some others have said it also is kind of watery(I think b/c they put lettuce in the burrito). AAAAAAAAND I’m not sure if it’s the burrito’s fault but I did slightly get the runs the same day I ate this. I don’t think I’d return, I’ll rather go to Tlaloc and pay almost the same price OR go to a taco truck and pay less for something more delicious and fresh. If you DON’T like cheese/guacamole in your burrito then it makes for a decent priced lunch. It also makes you a weirdo in my eyes!

Nearly unedible. Steak and prawn buritto bowl with no beans: the rice was soggy and tasteless, the steak was unflavored, the shirmp was undercooked, the whole dish was really liquidy, and there were beans when the the orderer said«no beans» to the cook right as he began to make it. I will say the mild red sauce in the to-go cups was good. It allowed me to dip the gross steaks in so I could at least meet my caloric needs for lunch. A few years ago I remember this place being really good with true chefs. *** UPDATE*** It’s now 2 hours since I ate that gross steak and prawn bowl and I got SICK. My stomach was first bloated for over an hour and spare the details… Btw, I cooked the last 5 meals I ate and I have a tough as nails stomach. This place needs to shut down.

Had a burrito here for lunch. YERGH. Awful. How can you mess up a burrito so bad? Seriously. what a joke. Biggest waste of $ 8 I think I’ve spent in a while.

Don’t get their burritos. Do get their tacos. Then, drizzle it with the salsas that they provide in the barrel on the side. With that being said, their tacos are good to grab for lunch if you are in Financial District, stuck at work in that area and craving for some tacos. This place is simply set up for convenience. I wouldn’t even bother looking at the burrito selections on the menu. Ciao for now.

My husband and I found this place on our last day in SF while we still had some time to kill before heading down to the airport to catch our flight home. Craving burritos and walking through the Crocker Galleria with our luggage, we spotted this place on the very top floor of the mini mall. I ordered the special of the day: «chipotle prawn burrito» which was decent in taste and large in size. This burrito was STUFFED with all sorts of goodies. Unfortunately the prawns were all at the bottom of the burrito and the guacamole was all at the top depriving me of combining two flavours that I felt really needed to be together. The guacamole was subtle, a little bland and felt like it was missing something salty and the prawn was spicy and salty and needed something mellow to balance out the flavours. I eventually got a fork and opened up the burrito so I can experience all the contents at once versus in separate layers. It was a very messy lunch/dinner but decent in taste. Overall, the service was okay and the food was comparable to any other fast food burrito joint at your local mall. Nothing spectacular about this place but I didn’t find it horrible. Sometimes mediocrity is sufficient when you are hungry.

Just don’t go here. You want tasty beans, rice, mexican food in general? Don’t go here. Honestly, Del Taco is down the street and probably has better tasting food than this place. So that pretty much sums it up.
