They don’t answer the phone. I have tried several times over the last few days. I’m trying to reach Charles Huang but his phone always says this subscriber is unavailable. The Internet list Charles is being associated with this liquor store

To all the outer Richmond folks: there’s finally a clean liquor store with reasonable prices that’s close by. They have a wide selection of products ranging from emergency items to asian snacks, including of course liquor and the such. Might I add that the owners Charles and Suzanne are very neighborly and helpful too! Welcome 33rd avenue liquor!
