I’ve worked with Teldata a couple times over the last few years. I really appreciate the staff there especially Diana and Clint. They have installed a phone system at my store, run data cables and phone lines. I highly recommend them for their great customer service, reasonable pricing and quality work. Thank you!

As a company that gives it customers the best service possible it is extremely disappointing to work with a company the is just the opposite. The service after the sale from Teldata couldn’t be more disappointing. Our first issue came shortly after install and they begrudgingly fixed the issue after a bit of pushing. The second issue came long enough after the first to forget just how difficult it is to work with Teldata but once requesting help from them a second time the memories came right back. There are plenty of companies that care about their customers after they cash the check but Teldata isn’t one of them.

The Hotel Occidental has had no incoming phone service for 4 days. Our service provider is COX Communication. Our PBX vendor is Teldata. We called COX, and they were able to test their service and could see that there were no issues with it. They informed us that our PBX provider is the issue and that we needed to contact them for service. We contacted them and they said that the issue is with COX, not them. We called Cox again, and they stated that it was not their issue, but agreed to send someone out to inspect the system. Cox arrived to do the inspection, and as expected, the issue was with our PBX system and not Cox services. We called Teldata again, and asked that they send someone out to inspect the system. As their phone calls are reportedly recorded, you can hear how they do not want to send someone to assist as they insist its not their problem. Begrudgingly they send someone out. He arrives and only inspects the front desk phone, calling someone to «walk him through the process of our PBX system». It was clear he did not work with our system. He made several calls to his phone, and the said it’s not Teldatas issue, and that we needed to call Cox. He also asked if we had made any changes to the system. No… we have not. He departs, without checking the PBX system. Cox sends the same technician out again and we place him on a speaker phone call so they can speak to each other. The Cox rep asks several questions about what was checked earlier, and asks if the PBX was inspected. The answer was No. It was obvious the agent with Teldata did not check everything while he was here. He then says that someone will call me from the office. The Teldata receptionist then calls, and says they can send someone out«tomorrow» but that they no longer have anyone that works with our system. BAM! There’s the truth finally.

I have worked with TelData since 2006, i remember them under the name West Coast Cabling. I worked with them in my capacity as a Network Admin for the County of San Diego and as owner/consultant of my current business. Bruce and his team are always on top of their game and deliver effective solutions 100% of the time. Since running my own business, I know the challenges of making every customer extremely happy and how difficult that can be in certain situations. We are a CPA firm who started with Communications Plus over 15 years ago and stayed with them when they became Teldata because the responsive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful staff continued to service our account. We have asked them to do everything from add a phone line to completely set up a new build office. They are especially helpful over the phone to make minor programming changes or trouble shoot an issue. .. even at 4:45 on Friday afternoon! They think proactively and go out of their way to work around our busy schedule. Teldata’s service technicians and engineers are eager to help us understand complex software/hardware setups and are supportive of us learning more. Always putting our needs first, John, Randy, Javier and so many others really are part of a team helping to keep us successful. We appreciate them greatly.

We are an Exhibit\Marketing\Design company that works with many fortune 500 companies. We just added a new conference room and moved several offices around so we needed cabling. TELDATA came out walked the job, supplied us with a quote the next day. The techs came out the following week and ROCKED it! They did the install of 10 drops, relocated existed cable and brought to my attention of old cabling that could/should be removed. The Techs were very professional and courteous to working staff. The correctly labeled all drops, the patch panel and tested every drop. I recommend TELDATA, they will get the job done right, the first time!
