I was referred to Powell when I called another pest company that did not deal with termites. My husband and I came home to a MASSIVE swarm all over our back yard and were concerned they either came from our house, or would get into it. Bryant came over to inspect our home, and I was very pleased with his efficiency, friendliness, and knowledge. This guy knows termites! He made his recommendations and told me I would be contacted soon with an estimate. He just left, so I’ll be back when the job is done to finish the review!
I have a feeling a lot of people have a knot in their gut when the exterminator leaves, but I couldn’t be happier! I’m so glad I found this company, will be a loyal customer as long as I live in their area! Thanks, Bryant!

I was getting ready to sell my house and called Powell Termite for an inspection. They were able to make the inspection right away. There was wood in a few places that needed to be repaired. Their price seemed very fair so I just had them fix it. Their guys were prompt to come out and make the repairs. They did a great job. After a buyers inspection, there were a couple more issues with the wood. I called Powell Termite and they came out promptly again and took care of those items. Everyone at Powell Termite were very friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with them I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again.

Powell just finished a tenting at my property at the beach. Employees were supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful through the entire process. They were very good at helping educate us on deep watering, trimming back and moving plants tor less folage loss. Their price was more then fair and I would recommend them to anyone. We used Powell for a full fumigation on a large 3 story house. They did an excellent job at a rate almost half of what others quoted.
Today we had an inspector come out an look at a rental house that we thought «might» have termites. The inspector did a very thorough inspection of the house then asked if we had recently had any one walking or working on the roof? YES… we had recently done some extensive work on the roof. The Powell inspector said the fallout we were observing was old residual debris and that he did NOT observe any fresh activity.
He gave us some spots to keep a watch on and said for now… we were «good to go».
WOW…how honest can you get!!!
We will ALWAYS, ALWAYS call Powell for any termite needs we have.
