I came here for the first time the other day. I ordered the turkey bacon avocado on the potato roll, a side of potato salad, and a strawberry lemonade. It was all very good, loved their potato salad and the sandwich with potato bread was great. The girls working here were very nice too. I like how the inside looks it’s a cute place. I will definitely be back soon.

I was kind of disappointed in their bagels this morning. I received my everything bagel with honey almond Schmeer. It was untoasted in the Schmeer was globed on in one spot without being spread around. Poorly prepared.

Our goto weekend stop! Lines can be long but they move fast. Sometimes it takes awhile to get food when they’re busy but that’s expected when it’s a weekend morning during the breakfast rush. Coffee is always delicious and fresh. A few times I have gotten an order that wasn’t 100% accurate but they are always quick to fix it and make it right.

I’m not saying the employees are bad here they make a great product and seem friendly but the wait is not worth the food I have not ever been here between 7 – 9:30am and had my bagel in under 20 minutes. If you are going here, do yourself a favor and order ahead. Oh wait you can’t because all they do is pick up the phone and hang up. Don’t bother ordering anything that requires warming because this place is a joke. I have lived in east county for close to 5 years now. It might be a better idea to take your business to a different breakfast spot. So frustrated with my favorite tasting bagel place right now.

I did not like the way I saw and heard a man in a red shirt (whom I presume is the manager) talking to his fellow employees as I walked up to the counter. Very disrespectful. I also did not like who disrespectful one of the employees was to a customer, about not being able to get a refund on a fruit salad. I work in the food industry, and customer service. This was not a pleasant environment at all.

10 minutes to have one tasty turkey sandwhich is ridiculous amount of time to wait at 10am. I’ve counted 5 employees behind the counter and no one not even the manager seems to know what is happening. Very disorganized, I’ll run down the road to Friars road next time I get the craving for a bagel.

Always love stopping here to get a bagel. Their coffee is darn good too! Very busy on the weekend, line is long and slow! Employees though are very nice and don’t make you feel ruushed. It’s always nice to enjoy your bagel outside on the tables they have. Will definable be coming back soon!

Yummy bagels, even if they aren’t like the best traditional bagels. I always get some kind of bagel (like cheese) with the garlic and herb cream cheese. So good for a breakfast treat. My favorite coffee there is their cinnamon, but for regular times I love the vanilla hazelnut.
This place is clean, friendly, and a great spot to grab a quick breakfast.

Rude girl took our order. The price on the menu is different than what they charge. A $ 3 difference. The girl at the register said sorry they change the price all the time and we either pay it or leave. Never coming here again. There are too many other options in town with better sandwiches!

The people were nice and the coffee was good. But the food tasted like plastic. Bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel had no flavor. No salt, no spice, no life. Those pigs and chickens died for nothing. I should know to expect that from a chain, but I was hungry. Shame on me. Shame on The world.

Went on a saturday morning and the place was packed!
Ordered two egg sandwich bagels. they had quite a seclection of bagels including seasonal and some high-​end bagel choices. I went with a jalapeño cheddar and a wheat one.
the service was good and the timing was accurate based on how busy they were
there was plenty of ourside and inside seating
i will be going back!

I was in today, stopped for just a quick cup of coffee. A custom was ahead of me in line and she was confined to a wheelchair.
You’re staff was the most courteous and polite group of gentlemen that I have seen in a long time
I would like to give special acknowledgement to a staff member named Joaquin, he truly made an impact on me, and I will surely return to this location because of his actions.

Walking into the establishment, you see groups of people eating and enjoying their newspapers. Their employees are friendly and as a regular, they remember my order.
The bagels are freshly made and their orange juice is freshly squeezed to perfection.
I bought a doggie bagel for my furry friend, and she loved it.
Overall, a good establishment and friendly employees.

I’m a little disappointed today. I ordered spicy shmear on a challah bagel and the challah bagel is half the size and is raw in the middle. Really dude? Not cool.
The only reason it’s not 1 star is because my husband and daughter’s meals were fine.

They just reopened this location after a remodel today. I love the high chair island in the middle with power adapters galore. Free wifi, as always. Bagel quality has never been an issue for me at this location, or lines, but I also come here in the afternoon and not in the mornings. They exampled really good customer service today — my birthday has passed since it was during the remodel, but they honored my free birthday bagel. It’s a convenient location right at the trolley stop with plenty of parking. Definitely will be a long time customer here.
