The worst chick-​fil-​a I have every been to. They forgot to give me one of my sandwiches and when came back the manger said sorry and gave me a card so I could get a free sandwich when I came back. So I came back a couple of weeks later to redeem my free sandwich and the manger tells me it’s only for breakfast. So let her know that one of the other mangers told me that I could use this to get a free item when I came back. She told me that there was nothing that she could do for me because breakfast ends at 1030am. It’s about 5pm when I got to this store so it’s safe to say that I took the manger at her word when she told me that I can get what I want. No! Not from this chick-​fil-​a. Then I asked her if they as cards that are for lunch and not breakfast. She tells me yes but you don’t have that kind so there is nothing I can do for you. So this store makes two mistakes and lose out on my business and everyone I can tell to not go here I will.

I must say the food was hot we had a grilled chicken sandwich and the cool wrap and they were really good.
Service was awesome, the workers are so nice and walk around and ask if you need drinks refilled.
This place is nice and clean. The tables are nice and clean and the restroom are nice and clean.

Whoever is on drive thru right now (Friday, May 6^th at 9:10 pm) is the best and should be promoted to king of Chick-​fil-​a!!! Excellent customer service, ¹¹⁄₁₀ would drive thru again!!! Sad I didn’t get his name to explicitly praise him but you’re the coolest.

Let me put it to you like this, Chik-​Fil-​A has had me hooked for the past 3 years. My wife introduced it to me and the first time I had it, I fell in love. The food is that good. Some days I get my usual Spicy Chicken Deluxe or I’ll change it up and get the classic nuggets. Otherwise, the fries always deliver and I can’t even explain to you how rich and delicious the shakes are. What kept us going back was an employee named Lanore who no longer works there. But she was always moving and kept the tables clean while refreshing beverages without you even having to request it. Since her departure, the place hasn’t lost the customer service she brought. We’ve seen employees come and go but we’re always satisfied with their speed and attention to detail. We’ll definitely continue to be regulars and recommend you should too.

Yet again I am faced with the confusing ordeal of taking this plastic cup to my table.
After a 3.5 mi hike in Mission Trails, the MRE I had for lunch left me full of energy but craving more food. My wife googled «food» and the fila was the closest place, so we decided to make our way to some chicken sandwiches and bigotry on this beautiful Saturday.
After getting a little lost, we managed to find the extremely crowded Chick-​fil-​a, and parked by Lowes to avoid the headache of driving my «new» manual ’93 pathfinder through the congestion.
I decided to try something new, and got the grilled club with American cheese, or the number 8. The food was fast to our table, yet still no explanation for the yellow cup, and was hot like it were fresh out of the… whatever machinery cooks these things. I poured some CFA sauce on my top bun and was not disappointed; the even distribution of lettuce, tomato, cheese, CFA, and grilled chicken danced in my taste buds. I did not, however, let the flavor slow me down because I don’t have time to fuck around (unlike my wife). With sauce all over my face, I would give this establishment ⁴⁄₅ stars due to speedy service, delicious food, and ability to cope under immense amounts of white people eating there. The lack of 5^th star is due to the mysterious yellow cup that I still don’t know what it truly does

This 5 STAR rating is strictly for IAN the cashier (Santee on Mission Gorge Rd.). He knows how to treat his customers and was very friendly, efficient and helpful. The food wasn’t bad but was nothing special. This had nothing to do with the employees as I am sure that they made it to the spec’s of the restaurant. The Chick-​Fil-​A and Polynesian sauces were pretty good.

This is silly to even post because of how much I love Chick-​fil-​A, but I received service last Friday that just went above and beyond. Ellie was the shift manager and person working the window and I showed up during lunch time rush hour. Of course, I had an annoying request to have my order split into two because I was picking up lunch for a co worker. She kindly and courteously fulfilled my request with zero attitude and assured me it was her absolute pleasure to go the extra mile. I work at a job where we rely heavily on good customer reviews-​so I just wanted to pass along how truly impressed I was with her professionalism and kindness in the middle of a chaotic shift. Keep up the outstanding work. There’s a reason I go out of my way to go to this specific location, and she was a perfect example as to why.

Drive thru is extremely slow at this location, once I had to wait almost 10 minutes for breakfast. Also, the past three times I’ve ordered drive thru, they have messed up my order.

Put on a New Zealand accent for fun as my friends and I pulled up admittedly for breakfast.
Alyssa (I think her name was) caught on immediately and joined in the fun. Not only was it a fun time but because we had to wait a few minutes for the spicy chicken sandwiches (which also meant they were fresh) The staff there hooked us up with a Plethora of sauces. We were ecstatic. Thanks for starting our day off so well! I have a few friends that have worked here before and as far as I can tell, this place hires the most wonderful people.

First time came here the other day, ordred spicy chicken sandwich combo. The chicken sandwich came with only 2 pickles… wth.
Didn’t know about asking for sauce. So I asked if I could have onion tomato lettuce, I guess it’s extra. I think you have to order a deluxe.
Food was good. Make sure you know what’s on your sandwich.

I don’t make it to Santee very often, but from now on I’ll probably stop at Chick-​fil-​A. I had some extra time before different store opened, so i decided to read and have a littke snack. I met a woman in the parking lot who was homeless. She didn’t ask for anything, but I invited her to eat. When I ordered, and the woman ordered, the Assistant Manager comped my meal. I am in tears because I really hadn’t planned on eating more than a snack, I’ve been unemployed for 2 months… but decided to splurge and then invited someone to eat who was worse off than me in an effort to put my life in perspective. Thank you Chick-​fil-​A for really helping me put life in perspective. I’m sure the food will be good, too. ;)

So I guess it is time for me to write a review. My Boyfriend and I are avid regulars of the Santee Chick-​Fil-​A, and we love this location. Nathan was great when he was on the register, always friendly and smiling. Tyler was awesome whenever we came in to eat, we are sad that he’s gone. We’ve constantly gotten to know the new faces of this Chick-​Fil-​A since we come in at least once a week. Charity is a new face and we enjoy her at the register. She always remembers us (or should I say our order, since we always get the #4) and she is always pleasant. Felix, man, you have one of the greatest employees right there. Felix knows us and is always willing to go out of his way to say hi and ask us how we are doing. He’s a great aspect to this Santee location. There are some new faces that I personally haven’t remembered their names but they are also nice.
The only thing is we used to come here last year every morning and we always had uncomfortable experiences with the employees. So we just stopped going in the mornings all together. The morning crew isn’t as friendly in our opinion.
We do not live in Santee, we actually live over by SDSU and we travel out of our way to come to this location because of the customer service we receive from the nightly crew. Mainly from the people I have listed. We love this location and we hope the atmosphere never changes! I will be checking name tags when I go back so I can edit this and give credit to the great employees!

Great place, always clean and always friendly. Can’t stress the clean part enough. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars from me is because they insist on refilling your sodas for you, so if multiple people want their refills at the same time you can end up standing there like a bump on a log for as much as 5 minutes.
The food is great, and the customer service is too, otherwise.

Been here 2 times. The first wasn’t bad but wasn’t anything to rave about. The second was awful. Everything was old. It was me and 2 friends and all of our food was cold and old. You can tell it had been sitting there a while.
Probably won’t be coming back unless I’m in santee and nothing else is open.

The food is tasty and great quality. Service is always exceptional. They play place inside is also nice. My son enjoys it.

I swear they know me by name here! OMG such amazing food here and it’s fast. And fresh?!
So happy they decided Santee would be an excellent place for a chick. It is spacious on the inside and the drive thru boasts 2 ordering stations to limit the line length.
They have all sorts of goodies here including quite healthy selections for the fit mom’s that need something on the way home kind of deal.
The service is outstanding, and it’s super consistent. I love and respect that they are closed on the day of rest to worship and be with family. That is such a quality trait. They also often honor our military families and LE family as well, I love that. Thanks, chick for all you do!

There is a reason I chose to use the drive-​through with three children… I am exhausted and wanted the convenience of a drive-​through!!! I had to unpack my kids because they shorted me chicken nuggets… gave me three napkins for three kids and myself… And gave me toys that are not age-​appropriate! Ughhhhh!
This was my first time inside this Chick-​fil-​A restaurant and it is very nice and has some type of mommy text group club and offers cow storytime on some certain days and the people were really nice I’m just really frustrated!!!

Chick Fil A never disappoints. The quality of the chicken is fabulous, it is always juicy, filled with flavor, a good size and cooked to perfection. The sandwiches come w pickles on it so if you dont like pickles, like I dont, request it with no pickles.
Waffle FRIES– always yummy, you typically dont find that ‘one bad fry’ in an order from Chick Fil A. The fries have a perfect amount of salt and are not cooked too much or cooked lightly.
DIET LEMONADE– the best option of diet lemonade at ANY restaurant. this stuff is made with splenda and is sweet but doesnt make you feel bad from tons of calories because there are none.

I love to Chow Down at Chick-​fil-​A… especially before watching a drag show in Downtown San Diego. How appropriate! The food was pretty good, though I have had better Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches at other Chick-​fil-​A locations. The variety of sauces is still awesome. These waffle fries are not salted for some reason, but…
Someday somebody’s gonna make you wanna gobble up a waffle fry!
But no don’t, don’t ya know?
