West Coast Cuts

This is the only barbershop ive come to like since i moved from new york. Pretty cheap compared to prices there too. Barbers are great and nice environment in the shop. Would recommend to anybody in need of a good regular spot.

Awful… I made an appointment for a Tuesday (Dec-​1) morning on Monday… When I arrived on Tuesday, I was stood up at 10am by Ally. No call, nothing but tough luck.
I was asked to wait for next open seat, but I couldn’t, I’ve got a fully booked day so I asked for a later appointment at 2:30pm w/​Jose Tapia. Yet, at 2:17pm (same day) my appointment was canceled so Jose can go to lunch. Poor business practices.
Sorry, I’ll never return. I thought appointments are made for a reason. Appointments must not be that important to this business! They turn away business.

Wats the point of appointments if u can’t be seen at ur appointment time. Hair cuts are good tho. Better then most here in Sonoma county. So I do have to bring my kids there due to lack of barbers that kno how to do a decent fade. Jus hate the wait

Very pleased with all of the barbers! I’m new to the area and was looking for a barber… what I found was a barbershop full of talented barbers! Go see them, but call ahead as they are busy all the time! Special shoutout to Alicia for squeezing me in today and taking good care of me!

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for 3 years now. This shop has an awesome atmosphere and the whole crew is down to earth. If you want something complicated, bear with them. If you happen to be a new customer that is a bit nervous, talk to Jerry. I am more than positive that he would reach beyond your expectations.

Place is awesome. I get cut by Demario. He’s very professional. Never fails to give me a good cut. Jerry the owner is an outstanding professional individual and if he ran for mayor of SantaRosa I would vote for him.

I needed a haircut. I was kinda scared not knowing if they would mess it up but the owner did a great job. So nice. I will be coming back. This place is my new barber. They are also so nice. If you need your hair cut come here.

Love this place! Always on point to. West coast cuts has become our families favorite place to cut our hair. Not only do we get in and out with smiles but great cuts. I would reccomend several barbers like Jerry or John. But all in all, all are great barbers and willing to make you happy.

Amazing atmosphere, awesome crew they got over there doing it the way cuts are supposed to be. Huge shout out to Brian the barber over there, he does incredible work, takes his time and makes sure your happy. If you haven’t been here you need to go, and you will be coming back for more.

I seriously don’t understand the negative reviews at all. It is a barber shop, so there is a bit of jocular male humor here and you will have TVs blaring and jokes a cracking. I have gotten my hair cut by JayTee and he does an absolutely phenomenal job. I honestly feel like my hair is a canvas and he does his art. It isn’t just a haircut to JT, there is a sincere passion and focus in his work.

I recently moved up this way from Pasadena and needed to find a new barber/​barber shop. After a few failed attempts, I finally found this little gem. Jerry was the man and gave me a great haircut! The environment was laid back and this is now officially my new barber shop. Extra points for being open on Monday, as well as being able to cut Asian hair (asian hair is tough!)

deplorable service.
the guy couldn’t be bothered to listen to the hair cut i was asking for. i think he was looking at his smart phone during that part of the process.
i work in the service industry and this was inexcusable. i told him that my hair comes out better if it’s cut with scissors and he never touched my hair with his scissors. it took him 20 minutes to give me a buzz cut and it HURT!
at the end he applied product without asking. why apply product to a fucking buzz cut? i smelled like a french whore when i left and had to roll down all of my windows just to breathe.
they charged me more than the listed rate because he had to use a square device to charge my card. buzz cuts cost $ 10 at most shops but i was charged twice that.
i look like a cadet on his first day of bootcamp.
so fucking terrible, the environment, the service, the music.
please avoid this place.

This spot is Legit! First off I walk in and it was busy. Thats a good sign! Lonely spots are lonely for a reason. Plus while I was waiting for the 6 walkins I was behind they had this sick 4 TV display that is suspended like a Megatron… Man Sports for days!
The cut I received is exactly what I asked for… I showed a picture and shortly after walking out with that good crisp clean feel… Definitely come by this spot to get a «Real Cut» !

I went to this place about a month about and some dumb barber never heard of a damn dark ceasar he laughed and said what’s a dark Caesar? dude it’s the most popular hair style african americans wear man. A perfect example is P diddy aka puff daddy hell Nelly from the new honey nut cheerios. I wear my hair exactly like Nelly the barber name is JT.
The ship looks junky in the waiting area but the actual haircut area is better. The staff all speaks and very friendly but it doesn’t seem like they enjoy walk-​ins. Hello I never been to the place and I just had a bad in-​experience barber. He took forever to taper my neck and spend 30 mins doing nothing special. JT just got his license and needs to learn more about different styles. It’s the same name everywhere




Anyway I won’t be back you only get one shot with customers you mess up their hair you’ll get that money back

I moved here about two years ago. I have been to 6 other barber shops in the area.
I was driving 2 ½ hours away to go back home to get my hair cut to see my regular barber.
I almost gave up with barber shops in the area. I heard about West Coast Cuts from a friend and I said why not lucky number 7 !!! I walked in with out an appointment. Atmosphere was just like the barber shop back at home (just no beer on tap) it was a little messy with the remodel but that’s expected with an addition to the shop.
JayTee had some time to fit me in. JayTee took his time which I greatly appreciate! I have gone back to JayTee several times and I will continue to go back for as long as I live in Santa Rosa.
Oh and you can’t beat the price !!!
