Thrilled to be living here. Moved from Oakland so the prices are very inexpensive when compared to the Bay Area. The management is incredibly helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautiful. Highly rated.

Expensive ($ 1400 – 1600 for a 1br is correct) but excellent views, convenient location, professional management, prompt service. You get what you pay for. Would have been nice if there had been some tp in the bathroom for us when we arrived, in advance of our stuff! Pet rent is a bit ridiculous, but is the norm in nicer complexes like this.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$ is really all I should write but I guess I’ll go into some more detail.
The price I was quoted for a 1bd was $ 1410/per month. Yikes! But the amenities are quite nice as are the actual apartments. Great views too! The woman helping us was «nice» but in a way that made it seem a tad bit fake.
I think they usually have a pretty full occupancy so give yourself some time to get on their waiting list.
