Dr Frey is kind and professional. My experience was great. I don’t normally say great when referring to a trip to the dentist but dr. Frey and his staff made the experience quick and painless. Even the shot to numb my mouth was painless. I was referred to dr. Frey by another dentist and am glad he did.

Have never received customer service this horrible, office manager texted my cell phone with the rudest and most condescending message. Will take my business elsewhere where staff will not harass me. Dr. Frey may be a wonderful doctor but his office manager is what is causing me to steer clear!

Great dentist, and the best guy. Really takes the time to know you as a patient, not just clinically but personally as well. Genuine and authentic as can be. Team is incredible. Angel, Bonnie, Aimee and Corinne you guys keep rockin it! Go here and you’re happy and well cared for. Plus I watched a nature show on flat screen while I was in the chair!

I had a very traumatic dental experience 20 years ago and couldn’t bring myself to get back to the dentist. So when I finally did I felt comforted by the fact that a friend recommended Dr. Mark Frey. He and his office did not disappoint.
After my first visit I went back to get some cavities taken care and was amazed! Complete Pain Free Dentistry! I have never had that happen before. He didn’t even give me any novocaine. I’m thinking of going back for teeth whitening. Dr. Mark Frey is definitely one of the Best Dentist in Santa Rosa. I will go back and highly recommend them to a friend.

Excellent bedside manner and service! From the front desk to the chair, I enjoyed high quality technology and a smile from everyone I interacted with. Dr. Frey is excellent and explains everything thoroughly. Will definitely recommend him to others.
