I loveeeee coming here. It’s my go to place for delicious Mexican food. Their prices are fair and there chips and salsa are my favorite. My favorite dish is the carne asada torta. There salsa does have a kick to it so if you can’t handle spicy order your food without salsa or have it on the side.

This place was recommended to me by a coworker as their favorite place for a burrito. I was not disappointed. I just got a veggie burrito as usual and I was happy to find a nice ratio of rice and beans to avacado, salsa, and cheese. Additionally the atmosphere was nice and bustling… it appears to be everyone else’s favorite spot as well.

This place used to be good but I will never go there. Was waiting in drive thru for half hour and they didn’t finish taking my order. When I got to the window the manager told me to go back around if I wanted food because he didn’t want to make me the food I ordered. Extremely rude! Don’t waste your time or money at this place way better Mexican food around this area!

Worst place I ever ate!!! Ordered the chili relleno plate and what I got was 2 day old garbage! The sauce on the hard burnt relleno was disgustingly racid. The stench it emitted turned my stomach. Food poisoning is the only thing you will get eating this garbage!

I decided to try this place and I was so damn disappointed. First the employee taking the order did not get my order right after repeating it 3 times. Got home wrong order then I found«strands» of hair in my food. NEVERAGAIN… That’s just to nasty for me! All restaurants should have to wear hair nets!

I absolutely love this place!!! I try and eat here at least once a week, I always get extra chips and green salsa. Always satisfies my Mexican food cravings and the strawberry water is so good.

Use to be good. But now they are crap. Their nachos use to be the best. Now they are pure crap. Dry chicken. Save yourself and go down to el patio. A lot better and fresher food. I will not come back.

Be aware! I have never eaten there and glad I haven’t and I’m giving zero stars for this place giving my son diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps shortly after eating at this place, if we go to the Emergency room, guess who will be getting the bill! Here’s some advice for serving the public, make sure your employees wash their damn hands and don’t cross contaminate food! Wtf is wrong with people!

Not my first time experiencing Shity service, nasty ass food, greasy meals, rude employees-especially the manager he has no patience. I gave them one last chance, after this I have not returned nor do I plan on ever giving them my business. My last experience happened about 4 months ago– So this Location is 5minuets away from my house, I Ordered nachos to go. I’ve had nachos from further locations in town and never get stale or soggy by the time I get home. well unfortunately The chips were really really stale so I drove back to tell the guy this food was no good and replace my meal for fresh one. The guy serving was very rude so I told him to try the chips. He responded by saying«I don’t eat food from here» his face expression was no joke. I was shocked to hear that. They ended offering me $ 4 in return when I did not even touch the plate other then the chip I tasted and poked a few other chips. I threw away the food and left. Never ever going back. Any other Mexican place on seb Rd tops this shit hole. I Don’t recommend this location.

This is a great place for drive-thru Mexican food. The tacos, nachos and burritos are stuffed with large, juicy chunks of chicken breast meat. And the food tastes like you’re in Mexico. Very authentic. The line at this restaurant can be very long, especially at dinner time, but the line moves fairly quickly and the food is worth it. Sometimes, if I’m dressed in my sweats and hair in a pony-tail, I prefer a drive-thru. This one is very inexpensive. Tacos are about $ 2.00, burritos are about $ 6.00. I haven’t reviewed this restaurant before as I would hate the line getting any longer. Oh, well, I guess I can force myself to eat dinner at 4pm!; D

Best avocado salsa I have ever had at a restaurant! The multi-tasking ability of the workers there is amazing. Great food prepared by hard working people, love it every time!

We were craving tacos but I wanted the guarantee of covered seating. While lots of the taco trucks along Sebastopol Rd. offer covered seating, I wanted a sure thing. Taqueria El Favorito gets you taco truck goodness with the benefits of ordering indoors, with beer, and with tons of seating options. There is also a drive-thru but ordering inside is where it’s at. The cashier pulls double-duty taking care of drive-thru orders as well as walk ins. Have a heart and know what you want when asked. We split chorizo and carnitas tacos that we promptly inhaled and washed down with a couple beers. Don’t come here expecting healthy food. Come here expecting the kind of food that hugs you back.

I noticed the cashier is nice only to certain people. The food is AWESOME! I haven’t tried much places to eat burritos but I brought my boyfriend here and HELOVES the burritos there now. I have tried the tacos and they are delicious! Only thing I hate are the cashiers.

Okay, this is not gourmet Mexican. It’s a tacqueria built into an old Church’s fried chicken with a working drive through but the food is great. Their green salsa with avocado is excellent. Their burrito’s are usually large and the quality is good. I think the food is flavorful and the meat-to-other ingredients is fair. One of the better Mexican food joints in Sonoma County. Don’t go their for the ambiance, go their for the food: torta, burrito, quesadilla suiza, I prefer to get them all a mojado(wet) with enchilada sauce. Their prices are decent too. They were once affiliated with the famous mission tacqueria of same or similar name. Definitely one of the better on Sebastopol ave and I’ve tried many: Pepe’s, Mi Tierra, Michoacan, Latexanita, etc…

My favorite Mexican place this side of town. And I know them all. Nothing fancy or ambient, just KILLERFOOD. Huge portions, has a drive through, and plenty of seating. The quesadilla super suizo is the most hooked-up, stuffed with awesome quesadilla ever. If you’re real hungry, get the super nachos. Loads of meat, avocado, beans, jalepenos and more. You may never hunger again.

I love taquerias. I happily eat at good taco trucks. I don’t need fancy. I like authentic. We ordered a sampling of items to get a feel for this place and really, it’s not bad, but like Unilocal’s 2 star review suggests… meh, I’ve experienced better. Chips — ugh — store bought. That’s always a quick turn off for me. Salsas were good and I do love they have a bar for you to get more and try other options. Plenty of seating but was filling up quickly since it was nearing 6pm. Food — I did not care for, or ultimately eat, the enchiladas due to the sauce. I could smell it through the styrofoam box and had a feeling I’d be passing. Refried beans were tasty enough, as was the rice. Tostada was pretty big and the carne asada plate was the best thing we ordered.(I love grilled green onions!) I think what makes me still rate it two stars is we were just yards away from La Texanita. Now that I’ve tried both, I’d choose La Texanita over Taqueria El Favorito six days a week and twice on Sundays.
