Great customer service! The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Produce is fresh, the pan is amazing! Fresh out of the oven! Support your local business! Forget Lola’s or rancho Mendoza when it comes to great quality food.

The place here is teeny, but the taste and freshness of the sweet breads and rolls are AMAZING! You will never buy pan dulce or pan mexicano anywhere else after tasting the fresh goodness that comes from here. The selection might appear small, until you realize that you are battling everyone else for the breads straight off the cooling racks. The selection changes practically every hour and the standard favorites are almost always available. Totally worth the trip. Once you walk in the door, the breads are in the back left of the store. For some reason, it’s hidden away back there– but don’t be discouraged by the lack of space. The trays are back by the bread bin, and the tongs should be around there as well. Feel free to pick pastries from the bin or straight off the rack. I was a little hesitant to pull things from the rack until I realized that there are tons more to choose from on the racks than there are on the bins. Oh, and then you’re battling with everyone else to get what you want. There is an incredibly satisfying feeling in walking up to the register with your two youngest siblings(or grandmother), bearing trays piled high with sweet rolls, and knowing that once you bring it all home you’d be lucky if there’d be any left by 8 o’clock that evening. Grandma likes the banderas, but I still for the life of me, cannot remember what they look like, so sometimes I just grab a bunch of different things because I’m too embarrassed to ask. I like the conchas and because of this place, I am now unable to eat them from anyplace else. This, my friends, is pan dulce perfection.
