I’ve lived here for about 9 months, and it’s a pretty great place. It’s a small complex of studios(about 400 sq ft) and lofts(500 – 600 sq ft?). The management is friendly and very prompt to respond to issues. Toni is the manager. She’s very friendly and chatty. I’ve never had any major issues. I thought I might’ve had a leak under my kitchen sink once, and she sent Dylan(takes care of maintenance issues and other things, lives here too) in the next day to look at it. Communication could probably be better after maintenance visits – I never got an update after he came, but the leak or whatever it was had been fixed. I can tell that they genuinely care about the tenants and their satisfaction with the living situation. The leases are month to month, which makes life really convenient. The rent seems on the cheaper side, and the management won’t raise your rent after you move in even though it’s month to month. Pets are welcome(cats and dogs, though unfortunately there are breed restrictions). I didn’t have a pet here, but I don’t believe there’s extra pet rent or deposit, and if there is it’s negligible. The apartments are cute. Some of them have older appliances, but everything works well. Some of them have updated appliances and counters, which are nice. Sometimes the drawers don’t all push in quite straight if you don’t get it at just the right angle. The bathrooms are pretty small(the shower/bath/toilet part), but that wasn’t much of an issue for me. It’s nothing really fancy, but it definitely works and never bothered me. The size is perfect for one person, or even a couple in a loft. The community here is really pleasant and small(I think there are 60 units total?). Everyone I’ve encountered is friendly. It’s also pretty quiet; I’ve never had an issue with noise. There’s a pool and a hot tub. I don’t think I’ve ever been in the pool, but I’ve been to the hot tub a bunch of times; it’s usually empty. It’s nice and hot and big(I think 10 ppl is the max, could probably fit more than that easily). There’s no control over the jets/temp. The laundry room is pretty small(I think 5 washers and 6 dryers?) but it never seems that crowded, except on Sundays. I’ve never experienced a faulty washer or dryer here. The laundry key can be a little tricky, but I’ve always been able to get in. Everyone has a covered assigned parking space. For the size of the complex, there’s also a bunch of unassigned parking for guests. For me guest parking was never an issue. I’ve really enjoyed living here.
