I love this place. I come a few times a week at least for their amazing boba(Best in Sonoma county) and sometimes the food. The food is also really good and authentic and the beef phó is the best I’ve had! All the staff are super friendly and nice and now they all know me by my first name and practically have my drink ready when they see me coming in LOL. I highly recommend this place! Staff and food/drink is the best!

Just happen to drive by and see this place. I’m not from the area but love Thai tea so I had to try it and I’m glad I did. It was amazing.

Great place to get phở on the go without taking the time for a complete restaurant experience. It’s «fast food» but the ingredients seem fresh and the place is clean. They also have a great selection of spring rolls, the avocado and lemon grass chicken are my favs. I only get the phở with meatballs so I can’t advise beyond that but it’s a great place to get take out.

Pro — Good phở soup. They even give you some extra stuff to add to your soup. Con — I also order passion green tea. I notice the plastic they used to seal the cup with is extremely thin and the straw went though it without too much force. That may sound like a good thing until you tilt the cup little bit and the plastic ripped and spill on your lap and pants. Lucky, I only tilt it little bit otherwise, I would have lost my entire drink. Overall — check it out but be careful with the drinks.

It’s 7:10 pm. You close at 8 pm. Told I can’t order drinks or sandwiches because they are too close to closing. Seriously? I’ve been here many times in the past and I love the food but if you’re open you should be OPEN.

This is the best place in Sonoma County to get a boba tea in my opinion. Was delighted to hear that they are dairy free! The food is always ready extremely fast and never disappoints. I love to get the yellow curry with rice, they make it so good! I have tried several other things on the menu and they really have the food quality down for good prices. The food is pretty Americanized, I recommend this to anyone new to Vietnamese food or trying to pick up something quick with good quality!

Food is either great, or mediocre for the same thing. Its a roll of the dice. Fast service and mostly friendly. Pricing is on the premium side.

I usually don’t like Vietnamese food… not sure why — I just never liked the food. However, my husband loves it! One day he wanted to go here after hearing about it from a friend, so I went with him. I wasn’t expecting to like the food, but when I started eating what I ordered — my view quickly changed about Vietnamese food! It was delicious! We have been back a few times since then, and I will continue to eat here.

So what’s with the veggies in California, are they really just that much better? I don’t know but the veggies I had here were fantastically fresh and tasty. Also, every meat I had in my combo was amazing as well. Hot plate, popped out quickly(it IS fast food) and you never would have thought it if you had you were blind folded. So freaking good I stuffed myself silly. And gave myself a wicked brain freeze chugging the oh-so-good Taro boba tea after. Great fast food joint, with healthy awesome options.

I am only doing 4 stars because I only get one thing so I don’t know about the whole menu. Their wonton soup with egg noodles is my favorite in town.

Seriously? It’s like I’m paying for just bread. I’m from Sac and the sandwiches there are 2637463783 times better than this and half the price. Thanks Santa Rosa.

This review is only for the Sharetea located here. I was really excited that they opened a Sharetea in Santa Rosa. First couple times I came here, the boba and drinks were on par with any other Sharetea locations. However, the quality quickly went downhill. They were out of the large boba frequently, and one time I waited 20 or so minutes for them to make it, which was fine. When I got my drink, the boba was mushy and basically fell apart in my mouth even before chewing. It was disgusting! I ended up just drinking the tea and avoiding the boba on the bottom. Then last two times I went, they used smaller cups(Sharetea only has one size, pretty large cup close to 24oz) and they had no Sharetea logo on them(which was suspicious), but they still charged me the regular price. They were out of large boba again. Also, they had a stamp card for drinks which you get the 11th drink free, but they were out of stamp cards for the longest time. This all happened about 3 – 4 months ago. I decided to go back to try their drinks again recently. A friend told me that everything went back to «normal» here. I was pleasantly surprised that she was right! The drinks I ordered were very tasty and on par with other Shartea locations in the Bay Area. Boba was chewy and delicious. I’ll definitely come back more often now! I’m hoping the quality will stay this way! I really love having a Sharetea location so close to where I live.

GREATPHO! Hubby and I are addicted to it. I am not a fan of the original Simply Vietnam(found a cockroach in my chicken curry several years ago, see that review) so I won’t go there ever again. But we tried SV Express since it’s a different facility and we love their wonton phở. Amazing taste — just wish the prices weren’t so high.

The potential of this restaurant is huge. But it misses the mark with uninformed, lazy cashiers/order takers and a really expensive menu. The presentation of food is nice, the environment is somewhat clean(really sticky tables) and overall feel is professional and fine tuned.

I’ve eaten here several times now and mostly for the Phở(Fa). It is phenomenal. If you like a big bowl of brothy soup — you must come here. MUST I tell ya. Really delicious and hot soup with plenty of beef, noodles, bean sprouts and flavor. I lika the Flava! And for 9 bucks you can’t beat it. Also an outside eating area if you have a little one that can’t sit still.

The food is really good, the«express» is a lie. Be prepared to wait, and I find that they often run out of things on their menu. If you aren’t in a rush, then it will be more enjoyable.

Finally, a banh mi sandwich within 15 minutes of my house! I’m pretty happy about that. And boba, too. Nice to have a closer place for boba than Rohnert Park. I have had the banh mi twice. It is solid, but they could stand to add more pâté for the $ 1.00 add-on fee. They have pretty decent shrimp and pork spring rolls. Their peanut sauce is pretty weak, though. Too watery, and not very interesting. I ordered the phở ga in beef broth and was taken aback by how salty it was. I wouldn’t dare try to eat more than half. It had good flavor, but just WAY too much sodium. So, I’ll stick to the banh mi and boba and spring rolls. The atmosphere is nothing special, but it’s clean and spacious. It suits a purpose. I imagine they get pretty packed on weekdays during the lunch hour. Service is REALLY quick. They aren’t kidding when they say«Express!»

Horrible! !! Simple order. Peach green tea crema It’s supposed to be a clear yellow tea with some light cream floating on top. I ended up getting milk tea with crema in addition, I asked why is it so milky?? They say it’s the cream that sank to the bottom.. That’s bull! But I have no time to argue over these things. On to of all this she hams a crema drink to me with a straw rather than a cutter and it’s dripping wet with sticky milk tea I had one sip and it was straight creamer and syrup. Basically diabetes, way too much syrup $ 4.25 down the drain. This is why you get your asian drinks in the bay or LA Never making this mistake again

Fast food phở is what Simply Vietnam Express is. After McDonald’s had shut down here and Ticket had failed here, Simply Vietnam Express has taken over this location. Simply Express brings a simple concise menu into this establishment. There is ample lot parking(a welcome sight compared to their flagship location off N. Dutton) and plenty of open seating for couples or big groups. The broth, while still piping hot, lacks the sweetness that is found in their flagship location. The strong aromatic smell that you have come to love in Phở is lackluster here as well. The one positive attribute I can attest to this phở is that it’s not as oily as most of the ones found in other Sonoma County restaurants. In a heavily concentrated corporate area with restaurants like Taco bell, McDonald’s, Applebees, Starbucks & Subway), Simply Vietnam Express is a welcome sight to the community, especially for those people searching for a healthy meal alternative. While the food fare here is average, their customer service still needs a little tinkering with. While Simply Vietnam Express is a step down from their original location, it is what it is; an Express restaurant, one you should go into without high expectations.
