I am part of a HOA in Novato, and we used Sikes last year to redo our parking lot. I wanted to wait a while to write a review and see how things would hold up. I am happy to report that our parking lot still looks great, and the work was done very well.
The Sikes office and team were very easy to work with, and the only part that proved a challenge was the weather… you definitely have to be patient when dealing with asphalt… if it rains for a few days (or temperatures cool down), that will delay other jobs and everything will need to be rescheduled. In the end, there were no hidden/​surprise charges, and I really felt like our HOA was treated well. I would definitely use them again.

After searching and getting quotes from many asphalt companies Sikes was the best choice and the did the job ahead of time with great results at the end, parking lot is looking brand new, they have a great team to work!

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the work performed by Sikes Asphalt on my driveway in Novato. I asked for, and was promised, A + construction. I have given them over 6 months to make things right, but they ignore my phone calls and letters. If anyone wants to inspect my driveway feel free to contact me. Now it looks like I will have to spend twice to get this finished properly. BE WARNED!
