SHE

Deborah at SHE is amazing! I’m short and plump. I was asked to be a model for Catwalk For A Cure. I had never done anything like that before. I walked into SHE and Deborah treated me like a queen and made me feel so at ease. She picked an outfit for me in no time at all. I was shocked and the results were greater then I could imagine. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks Deborah

Wow, if i could give negative stars i would. I had an appointment at a salon down the street so I parked in the parking lot behind SHE. I had over 30 minutes to kill so I decided to walk in and see what they had because one ive neverbeen in there and was curious and two I needed more work clothes so why not right? I was wrong about that i should have never stepped through that age discriminating door. I did not get greeted with a friendly hello but with a rude «you know we are not a walkway through» so because im a younger woman you automatically think im just walking through? I was actually shopping for more work attire but with that attitude i WILL just walk on right through. Complete disrespect. It also made me feel completely uncomfortable. Who treats potential costumers like that? I really hope the owner sees this, and if the woman who was totally rude to me is actually the owner… congratulations on loosing a potential customer and possible reference for future customers. Next time dont discriminate.

Love shopping here for something classy and unique fashions. I have always been pleased with the quality and service. Everyone is so friendly! They also have seasonal fashion shows to show the newest fashions coming into the store. Keep up the good work ladies.

This boutique has a fantastic selection and the ladies that own the store are just as fantastic. They are not only knowledgeable but $ conscious. My wife and I were recently married and she looked even more incredible in the choice they helped her make for our special day !!

s.h.e what a great store there is somthing for every one there. if you have not been yet? gooooooooooo! The women who own the shop are fabulous totally helpfull you feel like a super star the way they help you, and if you dont have any idea what to try on first ask Debra or her, partner to pick somthing out for you they will put you in somthing you might not think will look good on you, but it does. they have the nack for that. I went in with my 5 yr old, and they were head over heels in love with him. they keep him buisy so I could focuse on my self. what charming people. you have to stop in, I promise you will love the cloths.

There are two main reasons I love SHE (not «her»! «SHE»!). First, this little boutique carries a huge selection of gorgeous, mid-​priced women’s clothing. Stuff you can’t get at mall stores, so you won’t see yourself coming and going, and stuff that’s stylish but not trendy. To boot, it’s clothing that I – as a 38 year old – not only want to wear, but can wear. You know, not Mom Jeans, but not raggedy old torn, faded, coochy cutters, either.
But it’s the second thing about SHE that really sets it apart: The women who work there. Nancy and Deborah, the owners, are amazing. They’re so friendly, honest and incredibly helpful. They take customer service back to the vaunted (and possibly fabled) heights of the old Nordstrom. These ladies greet you when you walk in to the shop (and sometimes before!); help you find just what you’re looking for – and I mean they physically get in there and find it for you; they don’t just point you in the right direction – and suggest other things that would suit you; continue to serve you when you’re in the dressing room, checking on you and bringing you additional sizes, accessories, or whatever you need while you’re in there; personally keep track of your purchases and ask for your contact info so they can stay in contact with you once you leave the store, letting you know about sales and trunk shows.
The way these women run their shop is a lost art!
SHE is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the Santa Rosa area. (PS – There’s a pay parking lot right behind the shop; you can park there and go in through the back entrance.)
