As a seasoned veteran selling at flea markets going back to 1969, I think that I am qualified to discuss this flea market. One reviewer said there is mostly junk at this market. WHATDOESHETHINK A FLEAMARKETIS? I happen to sell mostly a new product but I like to shop this market also for the old used JUNK. The down sides is that it is small & she closes early. An up side is the reasonably clean restrooms. Another upside is Jacqui’s organization. She has her quirks & I may disagree with a specific rule BUTOVERALLHERRULESMAKESENSE&THEYMAKEHERMARKETWORTHITFORTODRIVE1HOURTOGETTO. This review is for the Mojosales flea market & not the other one also at this location.

Five stars is for Jacqui King bringing this flea market up to par and new found heights. Jacqui is always — ALWAYS — walking around making sure everybody is on the same page — quality control @ it’s finest. This type of integrity is the foundation for serious success — and while the vendors are not always the greatest, Jacqui is accountable and focused on the big picture Keep it up Jacqui — you’re doing a great job!

I have been selling at the 40 and 8 Flea Market since 2009. I have made great sales, and some not so great sales. They people are nice and fun to talk with. There is junk(but isn’t there always at a flea market). There are quality things, vintage things, plants, household items, and more. The sites are not small they are 19×22 and if you park your car along the side fence(where no one is) you have a lot more room within the confines of your space. I have not problem putting 25ft tables end to end in the front and I have a large space behind me. You get a nice quality of people there also — not like the MOJO Sales Flea Markets which in my experience were horrible — I made no sales! I like that the 40 and 8 Vets support the Nursing Training Program at the JC and have given 15 scholarships this year just from the money from the site sales.

Two bit blacktop, spaces are small and it’s BYO everything as a seller. As a buyer I was not impressed mostly just junk for sale.
