All I can say is they are amazing! I highly recommend Roberts mechanical & electrical. They are very honest, do great work and the employees are very professional.

THANK YOU for saving me from the wheelers and dealers out there! A couple of weeks ago I contacted another HVAC company to check my furnace because it didn’t seem to be working properly. The technician spent two+ hours surveying the unit only to tell me that basically everything needed to be replaced. After quoting her a ridiculous amount for the repairs, I contacted Roberts Mechanical after a friendly suggestion. THANK GOD!
They were surprised when they saw what the other company had suggested, and showed me that the problem was as simple as a plugged air filter during extremely cold weather. They explained that this had caused the unit to be unable to keep up with the extremely cold outside temperatures. Not only did they show me the plugged filter (that the company prior had not replaced), but they changed the filter and gave me the size so that I could replace the filters myself, if I wanted to without paying any extra fees.
I was definitely more than happy to not have to spend the thousands of dollars in repairs that the other company had suggested. They shall remain nameless, but never again.
Roberts Mechanical & Electrical is now the only place I will be taking my business for these home issues. It just feels good and right to feel like you can trust someone with a service that I know nothing about. Thanks again!
