Our AC stopped during the most recent heat wave. We called a couple of repair shops to get availability and costs. Martin answered his phone while being polite, compassionate, and asking all the right questions. He was fixing my AC by the end of that day! And, he didn’t try to up sell a single thing. He will absolutely be the first and only call if and when we need help again.

I bought a house last June and my realtor purchased a home warranty on my behalf. My heater stopped working and ICC was assigned to my work order. How fortunate that was. Martin was on time (to the minute) for the appointment, worked quickly and thoroughly, was very tidy, and clearly explained what was wrong and how he fixed it.
My experience with ICC was outstanding and recommend Martin for any heater needs.
