Pegi Ball Catering Company

Pegi catered our 40-​person wedding at a vineyard in Napa Valley. From the delectable tasting to the unforgettable event, she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She edited the menu to suit our needs and tastes, and made it fit our budget. She toured the vineyard ahead of time with us to plot out the flow of events, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. She and her staff were professional and attentive. We got nothing but compliments all night about how amazing the food was. The food was incredible, and for the price, unbeatable. I recommend her highly and will use her for every future event!

Pegi and Pat are attentive, caring and professional. The moment I did my initial consultation I felt like I had found my right match after going through so many caterers in the area. They immediately scheduled a site search and met with the venue manager for a consultation. All in all I would highly recommend them!

Pegi is amazing! We’ve been working with her for months on our daughter’s wedding, which just happened last weekend. Pegi was flexible, asked pertinent questions all along the way and listened very closely to the wishes of the bride and groom. She made all the rental arrangements and the room set up for our 100 guests looked terrific! She took care of so many things that we did not have to worry about. Pegi was professional and easy to talk to. She had great suggestions and every detail was handled — we had a true partner! Pegi cared about our event just as much as we did and the whole thing came out perfectly! Fabulous food and fabulous bartender and wait staff too! We give Pegi the full 5 stars!

Pegi and her crew did an incredible job for our wedding! She was also amazing at sticking with us as we went from planning a 80 guest wedding to only 20 guests. The food was all delicious (we still have guests commenting about it) and the service friendly and on top of everything. We did passed hors de hourves and a plated dinner. Everything tasted wonderful and looked beautiful.
She gave the perfect suggestions for our menu that I wanted to incorporate a lot of seasonal produce, be healthy, tasty, lots of flavor, and for some (including me) vegetarian friendly. Everyone was satisfied and full, the molten chocolate cakes for dessert were incredible! I’d recommend her to anyone for any type of event!

I cannot recommend Pegi and crew enough. They catered our wedding for 120 guests in June. We did passed hors de hourves and they did an outstanding job. From creating an elegant menu, Staying within our budget, paying close attention to our requirement for only compostable or glass serving ware, and simply outstanding service, this is a class act all the way. Its the little things, like working with us to select a caviar that was delicious yet affordable, finding the perfect purple chips to serve them on, serving ahi poke on slender cucumber slices and finding compostable bamboo cups to serve salted nuts in that set Pegi apart from the crowd. Lucky for Pegi, we have two daughters and a son to plan weddings for! We will certainly use her again and again and again! Thanks Pegi!
