I’ve been going to Luba for a little over 3 years, she is wonderful! I’m always greeted with a warm smile and professional atmosphere. Luba is fast and truly gifted. I am in and out with a Brazilian and eye brow wax in 20 – 30 minutes. My teenage daughter gets facials and all of her skin care products from Luba as well. Her skin looks GREAT! I will NOT go anywhere else.

I have been going to Luba for about a year. I love working with her. She is intelligent, articulate, and she and Igor run a gracious professional day spa. She uses hard wax which really helps, and her skills are first rate. Now that they have a massage person available, you can have the full spa experience.
I read the review about the cancellation policy and was a little disappointed, I was told that policy at my first visit, and it is a service industry. It doesn’t seem outrageous that if they reserve time for you, you would have to pay for it.
So 5 stars from me, worth a few dollars extra to have quick, professional service with a quality professional. Thanks Luba and Igor, see you tomorrow.

LUBA is the best!!! I have been going to her for about 5 years and will never go anywhere else and am so thank-​ful that a friend told me about her. Luba is quick, the atmosphere is beautiful, warm, and calming and they having also been accomodating with my busy work/​family schedule. She is worth your time and money and her and her husband are sweethearts, to me they feel like family. Me and Luba get to chat as Im getting waxed about anything from work to family, to telling funny stories. I highly recommend Kozmo Design!

I’ve been seeing Luba for over 10 years. She is the best brazilian bikini waxer I’ve ever found. Even when I lived out of the country, I would schedule a visit with her when I would visit home. I’ve been to other waxers who aren’t as fast and definitely don’t do as good of a job. For brazilian, under-​arms and eyebrows I’m never there for more than 30min and it always looks great.

Expensive, but worth it!

I LOVE Luba! A friend referred me to Luba and I am soooo glad she did. I live in Petaluma and work in Marin, but I don’t care, I drive to Santa Rosa just to see Luba. Luba is a fabulous esthetician-​I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

So, My GF goes to get her brazilian waxing every month and everytime she goes to a new place, and everytime she is always complaining to me about how long it took, that they were not clean, and missed some hair. Well last week we went to kozmo designs and to my surprise it only took 15 min and when she came out she was definitely happy with the service, she said that Luba was extremely nice and made it comfortable. So if they make her happy… I’m happy. Plus the couch I waited on was quite comfy.

I’ve gone to Luba 3 times, and I’ve been happy with her. However, I had to cancel an appointment when I got stranded out of town, with less than 24 hours notice, and her husband informed me that they have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so I will be charged 50% of my visit. I had never been informed of this, out of all of the appointments that I made, and there is nothing stating this on their website. I didn’t know I would need to cancel 24 hours in advance, and he would not budge, and said, «We don’t need clients that do things like this.» Other than this experience I’ve been happy, but this was enough for Kozmo’s to lose my business.

First wax ever and Luba is magic! All the other reviews are right on target. Quick and painless. Only downside but not enough to take away a star is the price… other 5 star places seemed to be around $ 60 instead of $ 67 but I guess considering how quick she is it is worth it. Also the fan at the end of the table caught me off guard… great for the quickness but made me do a double take a first. I highly recommend Kozmo Designs.

Luba, owner of Kozmo Designs, has been my esthetician for about 4 years and I would NOT go anywhere else or get my waxing completed from another company. I tried once when Luba was on vacation and they took close to an HOUR and it was painful and grew back quickly. Luba’s waxes only take 15 minutes, quick and painless. She is an artist at what she does. Forget going to nail salons to get your eyebrows waxed, Luba does a beautiful job on my eyebrows– she is quick and precise. Her work is immecable. Every 3 weeks I get eyebrow wax, and eyebrow tint at Kozmo Designs– which is a great service if you have light color eyebrow hair. I also get all my skin care products from Luba– including face wash, face scrub, blemish cream, moisturizer, and eye cream. I do not trust any other products except what Luba recommends. She is an expert in her industry and happy to provide advice on any skin issue. Luba does not force you to buy any other products or any other services than what you come into to do or ask to get– she is very honest and helpful. Her work is so good that you simply want to do everything with her. P. S. I heard her European facials are amazing– can’t wait to get one! Luba and her husband are extremely friendly– over the past few years we have grown to know each other’s life and share stories of what’s happening lately. Great converstation and incredible service. Like I said at the beginning– don’t go anywhere else– TRUST ME! :)

I’ve been going to Luba for over ten years now for Brazilian waxes and I’ve tried going other places because I’ve lived all over, but ultimately I end up making the trip out to see her. No one else is as quick or painless, and no one else is as thorough. All of my friends have started going to Luba as well and we all agree that she’s the best we’ve ever gone to.
