Jimmy Girl is a bright, airy space with clever and creative things. Equal parts French country chic, repurposed industrial, and Mad Men elegant, with a mix of vintage and new. My favorite things were the cotton tea towels imprinted with cute artwork, the coat hooks fashioned from plumbing fixtures( ), and these portraits by a Hawaiian artist(wish I had gotten the name): There’s a selection of paints and they also offer paint classes( ). It’s clear that the owners love their store and want it to be part of the community, and that feeling makes shopping there a pleasure.
