Lee and Rosie did a great job on my gel mani-​pedi today. I was in a rush due to work & leaving for vacation. They team tagged me; Lee on nails and Rosie on toes I was out in 30 minutes! $ 45. Well worth ever cent.

Great place. Efficient, friendly, warm, reasonably priced. NO blaring tv. Always gracious, clean, organized and great nails! Hard to find these days. Went to one salon almost 20 years. THIS is the best place in Santa Rosa.

PERMANENT MAKE-​UP — AWESOME JOB!
I needed a touch-​up on my permanent make-​up. It’s been probably 10 years and some of it has faded a bit. KIM DID AN AMAZING JOB! And I had everything done; eyebrows, upper and lower eyelids, and lips. It looks even better than the original job. I LOVE IT! I’ve been to 2 different permanent make-​up artists in the past and I highly recommend Kim for your permanent make-​up needs. She’s sweet and an amazing make-​up artist!

I have been seeing Blanca for over 20 years. Her and Kim are the only people whom I let cut my hair. They do a wonderful job!!! If you want a good cut or color or style check them out!

Blanca has been my hair stylist for over 20 years now. This review is loooong over due! She pays attention to what you want and does just that. I’ve referred quite a few people to her who have become regulars. The prices are very reasonable and she always does her best to accommodate me. Very professional & super friendly!

Kim has been cutting my hair for 22 years. I’ve also been lucky to have Blanca and Kimberly cut it from time to time. Kim gave my son his first haircut and cut his hair as he was growing up. When my wife gets her hair cut, she comes here. I have a friend who won’t see anyone but Blanca. I just did the math and I have had my hair cut here roughly 200 times. I’m particular about my rapidly vanishing hair and whether it’s been 3 weeks or 2 months since my last haircut, she gets it perfect every time. In my many visits here I have never seen anyone unhappy with the service they received. The shop is always clean and the place has a good vibe. I haven’t checked out other salons but the price she charges for a haircut seems really fair. Everyone I see there gets the same friendly, professional treatment I do. I give Hair Focus and the people there my highest recommendation.

I stopped by the Salon today for a consult and spoke with the owner Kim! She is the sweetest woman and very professional. I am looking forward to every future visit to Hair Focus.
This place is going to be my go to for hair and nails.

I’ve gone to this salon a few times because it’s right up the street from my house. I’ve had my nails and eyebrows done but until recently i never got my hair cut there. About a month ago i went to get a bang trim and hair trim. she cut my hair dry, no shampooing and then told me it was $ 25. she charged my card for $ 5 on accident so asked me to just write the amount on there to correct the mistake. She ASKED me for a tip of $ 10, which the cut was not worth and i didn’t tip her that. when i finally got my bank statement i was charged a total of $ 35 for a dry trim! i called to complain and they said all the bank statements were at the owners house and they would call me the next day, never heard from them and never received a refund! i went and got the same service at a different salon yesterday for $ 8 and i am MUCH happier with the cut this time. Ripped me off and didn’t care. i will never be back to them again.

this place is a hidden treasure! Kim is amazing and actually fixed my eyebrows! I am so happy I looked around and found Hair Focus! Kim made me feel very comfortable and she was just amazing! I just moved to Santa Rosa from San Francisco so I needed new tanning, nails/​toes, and touch up on my eyebrows. They do it all!!!

I have not had my hair done there, but love the nail spa! My best friend has had her hair done there for years and thats how i found out about the nail spa – they are attached. You can get your mani/​pedi while your color sets! Always professional, very clean and friendly! and you can’t beat the price!

I have trouble seeing my eyelash line to apply eyeliner so I called around looking for a «permanent makeup» artist and spoke to quite a few people.
In general, I found the sort to be rather odd. … sketchy almost. Frightening. I started feeling I’d never find a place I felt comfortable with.
Then I called Kim at Hair Focus. She was very nice, friendly and answered all my questions and invited me in to show me her place before I made the appointment.
«T Day» came («tattoo day») and I was nervous. I remember when I had the first lash-​liner tattooing done 4 and a half years ago. It wasn’t with the gun, but a brush of many needles «tapped» onto my eyelid. The girl that did it was good and patient and I was happy with the results for many years until it faded to almost gone… thus, I sought Kim.
Poor Kim. I put her through some work! «Stop. I need to rub my eyes, it itches» … «Stop. I want to look»… «Stop» (for no apparent reason) … «How much longer?» … «Are we almost done?»
Yes; I’m a big baby when it comes to things coming close to my eyes. And, I am impressed with Kim’s perseverance, patience and kindness through it all.
After two visits (because initially I wanted to go very conservative. and then asked for «a little thicker» a week later …) I must say Kim is very talented and her fees are quite reasonable at $ 150 for the upper lash-​liner I received.
I’m very pleased with the result!
I highly recommend Kim and wish her the best of luck. I’ll be back, … if she’ll have me!
