Fountain Grove Deli

Great little deli. Super friendly and great sandwiches. It’s a family business.

They serve fantastic sandwiches. Hot soups and cater too. I have eaten there many times and especially like the Charlene sandwich. Mmmmmmm.

This little deli runs the show up here on Round Barn Blvd. The deli is the only thing in walking distance, but that is OK because it is a great mom and pop operation.
The owners will make any combination you seek, but there are about 20 special sandwich combinations for those who want to point and order, leave the thinking for the work hours.
They do not make the soups or chili in house, but none the less the product is still fresh and delicious. They do make their own salads, deviled eggs (one of my favorites), and fruit bowls. It has a little bit of everything; coffee, soda, chips, water, candy, cookies, mints, and daily specials.
It is a little pricey, but no worse than any other mom and pop deli and you are paying for the friendly service and convenience.

Nice people working there but the egg sandwich I ordered didn’t even have melted cheese on it, and the English muffin tasted like it was barely cooked. (I had gotten a sandwich there a number of months ago that was just so-​so but was giving it another chance.)

I love being on this side of Kaiser’s campus because I get to eat at this deli. Always a friendly face I have tried several sandwiches from here and was always pretty pleased :)
Now I love cheese, their grilled cheese sandwich is PACKED with cheddar and jack cheese and though is a bit pricy for a cheese sandwich is yum yum yummy! Especially if you eat it right away!
By far my favorite sandwich here is the Fiona’s Delight — roast beef with yummy pesto sauce and provolone cheese, great combination and a very quality sandwich. I have also tried the Charlene’s Special which is just as good but with turkey.
Overall, great quality for a deli :) Stop by if you are in the area.

Love this deli– If you are in the mood for your typical deli experience this is a place to consider. My company uses them regularly for our catering needs. They are always courteous, the food is fresh and delicious. The business is owned by a very nice family. The service is quick and they are always on time for a delivery.
My personal favorite is the Charlene Special which is a sourdough roll with sliced turkey, provolone cheese and pesto aoili… it is served warm and tastes delicious!

I use fountaingrove deli for business catering mostly, and I absolutely love their food and their customer service. Food is always fresh, sandwiches are delicious, perfectly customizable to fit everyone’s taste, their service is speedy, they offer delivery for a very reasonable price which I’ve used for personal purposes as well (for someone that eats their lunch at their desk as often as I do, this is a fantastic service as most of the time the cost of delivery isn’t worth it). All in all, would recommend this place to everyone looking for a quick delicious lunch.

People completely underestimate the appeal of a rockin’ deli sandwich.
I’m all about the deli’s. I’ve search far and wide for my favorite sandwich shops and I’m pleased to say that Fountain Grove Deli is deifnitely in my top 5.
If I’m anywhere near the area, I go out of my way to fetch some of their awesome food. I’m powerless against their unbelievably tasty, tremendously satisfying and ginormous sandwiches.
My favorite has got to be the Elite. Roasted turkey, creamy avocado, crisp bacon, fresh tomatoes and lettuce on a french roll. Praise the sandwich god!
No matter what you order, you’ll be over the moon. Fountain Grove Deli will own you and your stomach.

This little deli has great coffee and awsome sandwiches. The salads could be a little bigger for the price, but the ingredients are fresh and gormet. I like that they offer small side salads as well as stuffed eggs and yogurt. Thursday is chili day and should not be missed! My favorite sandwich is the hot turkey with smoked cheddar and mushrooms… ooooh.

I can’t believe that no one has reviewed this place! Utter shock I tell you!
This deli is always packed and delivers amazing service and food. They get knocked off 1 * for price but I wish I could make it a ½* because I sort of understand why they charge so much… they can!
Great deli sando’s, lattes, soups, breakfast sando’s, snacks (for those of us who work near by) and a decent selection of beverages too. All the food is great but what really makes them stand apart is their service. Fiona is super friendly and nice and so is the rest of her staff! Always greeting you with a smile!
Stay and sit in their inside and outside areas, take your food to go or I think they even deliver within our complex!
Bring your cash unless you are spending over $ 10 or be prepared to use the atm outside.
