Even though i have only been in here a few times. This is the best F21 i have been to. It has the nicest staff. Very friendly, and helpful. It doesn’t have clothes all over the place, and one sales lady wrote down the numbers so i could purchase the right size online.

AIGHT. I gotta say that one white chick currently working at this store register can be a dick! I’m giving it two stars just because of her!!! Everyone else that works here was nice and cool. including the managers. The female employees I talked to in the fitting room were actually slightly concerned about my situation here. Today, Thursday June 18th, I was just in store around 6:00PM trying to return some of the online purchases and I got a $ 60 store credit card after all.(Thanks to the black girl and the guy manager, Francisco who helped me out at the front register.) After I got the card, I went shopping for a bit. Grabbed some clothes and went in to the fitting room. When I came out, I realized I lost my card already! I know this is something really dumb. I should have been very careful but Shit really happens sometimes okay and it’s my first time having a store credit card anyway. I looked everywhere and thinking what a freaking bummer to be losing the card I just got. Shit has $ 60 in it so I can’t just leave the store without not doing anything about it. I thought it might have fallen from my pockets when I was changing in the room and who knows, somebody might have already taken it; I couldn’t find it when I went back and look for it. After walking around in the store and asked around, I still couldn’t find my card; nobody’s seen it. So then I gotta go to the front register and ask whoever is there to help me get a new store credit card. Since I got the card just an hour ago I lost it, I got my receipts and everything. I told the white chick(who’s only there I could talk to at the moment) that I lost my store credit card and there’s $ 60 in it, wondered if anybody had possibly returned it yet? AND if it’s possible to retrieve it and somehow cancel that card I lost? And she was pretty confident like, «ummm to be honest with you, I’m pretty sure anyone who’s found it, would just use it. I don’t think they’ll return it.» Sure…but goddamn I’m also asking her if there’s a way I can get a new one since there’s a code on my receipt. She acted like she knew what to do and that there’s really nothing they could do but she was honestly hella clueless. In my mind, I just knew she was NOT a reliable person to ask for help. I just wanted to speak to somebody else already! «Not even try to cancel that card I lost and then transfer the credit to a new one??» I asked her. I was pretty sure it’s possible to do just simply transfer the store credit to a new card. I asked her that and then she was like, «Noooo, we can’t, WE’RENOTTHATHIGHTECHHERE, and we can’t track the card if the card is already lost. There’s really nothing you can do about it.» «if it’s lost, then it’s really too bad.» «ANDPLUSYOUMIGHTBELYIGN… so we don’t know…» WHATTHEFUCK is this shit? I might be lying? How on earth could I be lying? I got the receipt and there’s code and numbers on it. I’m only asking you to try to go find that store credit card in your computer with this information I have on my receipt and then transfer the credit to a new card. THEN there would be no credit stored in the old card. I was too nice about it at first. But I was definitely irritated after all. She thought she was really smart… but she couldn’t even help!!! She couldn’t even ask the manager OR at least advise/suggest me to talk to the manager. There’s $ 60… if you have no knowledge about this and can’t do shit about it, at least go find and ask your manager for help! She left me almost super hopeless about getting the store credit back. I almost walked out of the store with the loss, knowing that there wasn’t really much I could do about it? However after wandering again in the store, I asked the people there I’d like to talk to the manager and see if the manager would know how to get a new store credit card back. So they got the manager, an asian lady came to the register and I told her about what happened and showed her my receipt. Finally, in just a few minuets working with the computer, she was able to transfer the credit to a new card using the code on my customer receipt. Thankfully, I got $ 60 store credit back with a new card! Normally, if it was only a few dollars, I would just forget about it. I wouldn’t want to go through all the trouble, but with $ 60, I can purchase a lot of things you know? After that, I was happy. I really do appreciate the manager’s willingness to help or else I could have lost $ 60 for nothing. I think that the manager I’ve talked to so far were all very professional about my concerns and questions. They were all generally helpful when I come to them. That one white chick working in the front though, seriously was an example of poor customer service. I could have lost $ 60 of store credit BECAUSEOFHER inability to even«try to» help. I hope she realizes how bad she was.

I feel overwhelmed with how big the place is. I normally walk right towards the center where the jewelery is at and work my way out. They do have a lot of cute styles of clothing and accessories which is good. The quality is pretty good too and I love how they organize certain looks/styles in areas of the store. Other than that, I can’t really stand or look around in the store for too long and will most likely go in there if I know what I am wanting to get.

This place is huge. During the summer the clothing seems to have the same designs and style… But during the winter is the best time to shop! Everything in the store looks different and usually very comfortable and flowy. It’s a hit or miss on a knowledgable friendly employee but I mean you can roam the store, it won’t hurt you. This store is usually really unorganized, so make sure you give yourself a lot of time if you’re shopping In this store.

Literally the worst Forever store I’ve ever been into. Zero organization. The store looks like when people try things on or when they have any«go-backs,» they put all of the mismatched items on a rack and wheel the thing back out onto the sales floor as-is. You wouldn’t be able to find anything you’re looking for in here if your life depended on it. Not to mention, why are there 65 year old men working here? I’m all for equal opportunity employment, but know your customer base and employ people who can actually help them. I don’t know too many young females, who typically are the target audience for these clothes, who would take style advice from a man who looks like their weird uncle. Management of this place should probably take a few business 101 classes or something.

I’m 32. I suppose the draw of this store IS it gives you the feeling of being«Forever 21»? Well, there may be a little something to that, in fact. All their clothes are incredibly on trend, while still being, essentially, cheap and accessible. It can be really nice to get something new and trendy without breaking the bank! Plus, their costume jewelry can be as cheap as two bucks sometimes! You really can’t beat that. The one in the Santa Rosa Plaza is absolutely HUGE, and is an anchor store there. They also have a plus size section, which isn’t totally expected. Sometimes I think the stuff is priced a bit too high, but they commonly have sales with super discounts, like 50−75% off! Last time I got 2 cute metallic leopard print skirts, because of the sale going then, I was able to get two skirts for less than the price of one full-priced skirt! Watch out though, it’s easy to kill a couple of hours here if you like to shop!

Of all Forever 21s I’ve been to, this is by FAR the neatest and most organized one! It is huge but everything is organized into sections where it is easy to find such as dresses, color, etc. I love that I can find everything I want here and not have to waste time scavenging through clothes to find the right size and outfit, unlike other Forever 21s I’ve been to. This store once was located in a small area and eventually they took over where Mervyns use to be. However, I believe everything is located on the first floor although Mervyns was a two story floor. Anyways, aside from all that. This new forever 21 is so much better than what it use to be. Different sections are organized so it helps you find everything such as the Heritage section, plus size, active wear, teens, etc. I love that there is such a variety and everything is easy to find. The other plus side is that it isn’t too busy and packed! I remember I found a coat here that I absolutely wanted but didn’t have the chance to get. I came back to Sac and checked all the F21 here including our biggest one is Roseville but I cannot find it anywhere. I called my mom to check the one in Santa Rosa so she found it and bought it for me! Maybe it’s a good thing I live 2 hours away. If I didn’t, I might slurge a bit too much here.

It was curiosity that dragged me here. Well, curiosity, a 15 year-old, and someone else whose cash was burning a hole in her pocket. I have no idea how this store was organized. There was stuff everywhere. The only part that made sense to me was the accessories in the middle of the store so I lingered there for the most part. Some of the earrings fell apart as I picked them up but overall they were cute and cheap. I think there was a small section of clothes for kids and tweens because I was somehow tricked into a return visit and we’d looked at stuff for a smaller person. According to the savvy 15 year-old, if you have something specific in mind, it’s a lot easier ordering it online than searching for it in the store. For some reason, she appreciates this place for what it is –but since I’m clearly not this place’s demographic, I’m happy to consider any future visit here as a labor of love.

15 year old daughter loves the place and it’s a good deal for a teenager who favors quantity over quality. But I warn you — be very careful in your choices because their return policies are VERYRESTRICTIVE. We boght a dress last week and did not know it was on sale(no sale sign posted at all over the rack). Bought it with a number of other items and did not ask nor did the sales person at the counter point out it was a «FINALSALE» — although it did say it on the receipt.(they pointed that out when we tried to return it) Daughter did not try it on, and decided she didn’t like it — but it was non-returnable. So, we are stuck. So, word to the wise, always ask when you check out — they will not tell you. We will be back because daughter likes the store, but from now on, we will make sure that we can return the item or else be sure to try on before leaving.

Its a pretty huge store with lots of fun clothing, a variety for almost anyone. Nothing is too expensive and nothing is top quality– I rarely feel guilty about any purchase made here because I didn’t spend too much… Staff can be extra freindly or extra rude, depending on who you encounter. For the most part they are friendly and attentive, but there are a few teenage-likes with extremely snotty behaviour– I can tolerate the atmosphere once in a wee while

Forever 21 stores are a dime a dozen. Rarely do I step into one where I am blown away. Typically my visits involve the necessity for new cheap headbands and that’s about it. But recently, Forever 21 in Santa Rosa moved and took over the vacant bottom floor of the former Mervyn’s. And all I can say is WOW. Beautiful lighting, artfully arranged displays, sections that go on forever. This place is seriously dangerous. There are more accessories than I could have imagined. The offerings are insane. There is even a full-blown men’s section. There are also plenty of employees(working the registers, walking around the store, offering to help). And while I only carry a few Forever 21 clothing items in my closet, I hesitate to write this store off as just another run-of-the-mill location. It’s impressive and puts most every other one I’ve been to to shame.
