Worst place I have ever gone for a show. The building is barren, the bartenders work at a remarkably slow pace, and worst of all is the the owner, who is the epitome of an asshole. I waited for nearly 30 minutes to get a drink at the bar. I stood in line and talked with everyone around me about how ridiculously slow the bartenders were. When the show began in the back room and I still had not gotten a drink, I walked up to the owner who was standing around like an idiot doing nothing, and asked to speak with him. I told him that I had been waiting nearly 30 minutes for a drink and he immediately told me in a snarky tone to «go next door then». He was referring to the pub, Toad in The Hole, which is fantastic and after the show which my girlfriend was in, the two of us and our friends took the asshole owners advice and«went next door» where we spent a generous amount of money on drinks. I ended up arguing with this owner about the terrible service at his bar until I realized he is such a pathetic little man that it wasn’t worth anymore of my time. He obviously cannot take any kind of active criticism and by reading the other reviews on here about him, I’m not the first to discover this. He has no idea how to have a successful business and he will undoubtedly go out of business sometime in the not too distant future. Take this amazingly bad business mans advice and«go next door» to Toad in The Hole, and spend your money there, because this idiot obviously doesn’t want it!

The best place for live music in Santa Rosa! I’ve had the Reuben sandwich which is amazing and the pulled pork tacos! The tacos are really good… they have the right balance of sweet and spicy! $ 4 Karaōke drink specials are a plus. I have also had private parties here. Best price around, especially considering it has a full kitchen, stage, and three bars!

Went here to celebrate a friends birthday. He had made arrangements with the owner that about 30 of us would arrive at 7:30pm. Well at 8pm they still weren’t letting anyone in. There was a $ 10 cover charge(not a big deal at this moment), we went into the room where our reserved table was, listened to one of the bands do a little sound check, no waitress or anyone to take our orders. We go to the bar in the room(there is a bar right by the front door), only waited a few minutes as not too many people were ordering yet. As the night went on I can honestly say the bartender was super slow, people were waiting forever to order a drink, people were even going to the bar by the front door to order which was just as slow. After the first band played then a waitress came by with a chalkboard with some munchies on it to order. Not a big selection, fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings, cheesecake wontons, burgers(cheese and non-cheese) and basically that’s it. She mentioned«street tacos» for $ 1 each but it wasn’t written on the board. A friend that I went with ordered 2 street tacos for each of us and an order of fries, she then approached me saying they ran out of fries. Hmmm, it hadn’t been that long so I was surprised that they were out, so we got onion rings instead. When the order arrived there were only 2 tacos not 4(2 for each) which we didn’t know was a blessing in disguise. These street tacos had way too many flavors going on and they were gross. The onion rings were terrific though. Thank goodness she got our order wrong. I think the drinks are a little overpriced for the size you get. A bottle of Coors Light was $ 4(decent but wouldn’t spent more then that on it), then I ordered a diet Coke with a shot of Fireball Whiskey. First off, our bartender had no idea if she even had diet Coke. That took a while to figure out that no indeed she didn’t. So I said regular Coke was fine. The glass that I got was not much bigger than a shot glass full of ice a tad bit of Coke and Fireball Whiskey. The price? Wait for it…$ 7.00 which would be ok if the glass was a decent size! If there was no ice I could drink this in ones as it was not much bigger than a shot glass. We got the same thing at Tex Wasabi’s before we came here and the beer was in a glass & had more in it then the bottle and my drink(which was diet Coke) was way, way, way bigger than what I got here and the 2 combined was $ 9.00 where combined it was $ 11.00 at Annie O’s & less volume wise. Now onto the room, music. The first band was good(did cover songs of AC/DC) but towards the end of their set the lead singers voice was starting to crack but considering the songs and type of songs she did it was only natural. The 2nd band was an all girls band that did covers of Motely Crue was terrible. Now considering how small the room was and how loud the music was, the volume should’ve been toned down as the room was way too small & you couldn’t hear any of the lyrics especially the 2nd band(Cruella). The first band(Traci/DC) you could actually understand them better then the 2nd but it was still loud for a small venue. If someone sitting next to you tried to say something, even directly in your ear with their hands cupped around so to keep the sound close you would not be able to hear them. Don’t think I will be returning on my own, only if a friend insists on going their for their birthday or something like that. It was interesting to say the least.

I went here once when they first opened and had a good experience. The charcuterie plate was good and filling. Beers were a reasonable price. I live in the neighborhood, and visit the restaurants around this location but can’t seem to figure out what the hours are if they’re open during the week. It seems like it’s always closed!

I attended a cover band night some time ago but nice atmosphere and great chef. This place has plenty of room to dance and multiple bars inside. Also in a great location for groups wanting to hop around the various bars and restaurants.

Worst experience ever at a music venue. From the phone system trying to get tix, to the website, to the staff, to the owner. Went to see the«Unauthorized Stones.» last night. Nobody was there. Felt bad for the band. They had the whole seating area blocked off as «VIP». We were spending $$‘s on liquor and sitting in that section during the band break and were rudely told to get out of the VIP section. NOONEWASSITTINGTHERE. THEPLACEWASALMOSTEMPTY. RIDICULOUS… Only redeeming factor(THEBAND). They put on a really good show for us that were staying in the worst venue ever. Wish the LASTDAYSALOON never shut down. They knew how to run a venue. Won’t be back. Wish I could rate it a 0. Place won’t last. Please, please, please. Let a good owner buy this sweet little venue.

The show there was fun, though you couldn’t hear the vocals on most of the bands. The bartenders have no personality and we placed the same order 3 times through the night and were charged differently each time. I wouldn’t order anything fish off the menu based on the smell coming from the kitchen.

I really want this place to succeed. I wish the owner was more open to what folks are saying in a constructive way about this place. I could live without girls coming from behind the bar and rubbing on each other, this is not the area for girls gone wild really. I am not a prude. the bands need to start on time, and not take super long breaks. The whole place needs to step up its game.

Can’t I give a 0.00! Can’t believe this place! The owner is a super tool !!! Can’t believe he attacked my husband and kicked him out. He’s crazy. He had a chip on his shoulder! My prediction is this place will not last.

Tried to go to a show here but the time posted on facebook site(which is their only site with info) was incorrect — show didn’t start until two hours later! Since we already paid $ 10 a person, we sat and had a drink while a band warmed up. When the show finally began there were about 10 people in attendance. Lame! The seats, tables, flooring, and bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. The bar was tiny and there were just about 6 chairs in bar area. Never going back no matter who is playing there.

Went with some friends to see a show last night. Worst bartenders I have ever come across. No personality or eye contact whatsoever. Felt disrespected by the guy who’s the owner and doesn’t have a clue how to serve or run a bar. He was the biggest dick to everyone that he had to deal with. Don’t care if the Rolling Stones are playing there and I have free passes to see them– I’d never set foot in that place again with that ownership. Total f’n assholes. That place won’t be around long. Hope to hell that place folds overnight. The word is out on the street asswipe!

We went tonight to see the comedy show at 8pm. We waited an hour until we left and have up. The comedians were in the bar with us and we heard them saying they didn’t want to go on for such a small audience.(10) what a waste of time for our date night! We asked for drinks on their menu and they had NOIDEA how to make them. So we decided Captain’s and coke would be a safe bet. He poured our captain in a glass with water and ice and shook it before poring it over ice?!? It was practically see through and tasted like water. 4 drinks while we patiently waited for the comedians who couldn’t be bothered to go on cost us $ 37. Worst experience ever, don’t waste your time or money checking this place out.
