Finding a replacement for a favorite dentist is no easy task, but I can say with confidence and enthusiasm, I successfully have done so with Dr. Nelson and his staff! First by phone I spoke to Arletta who welcomely greeted me as a new potential patient and was the first sign of good things. She got me in without delay for an exam and very thorough set of digital X-​rays with Sherry, which followed a gentle introductory exam by Dr. Nelson who has down to earth, calm personality.
To follow was a cleaning, which was postponed due to hygienists need to attend to a personal matter, but not a problem, they had me in today, the very next day, which was a happy thing. Jennifer was my hygienist and she did an awesome job. She was extremely gentle and my smile looks and feels great. She even complemented me on my teeth and smile! That’s really great coming from a pro! If all that weren’t enough, the view from the chair is a spectacular look at the north west Santa Rosa Valley. The icing on the cake is the proximity to my home in Fountain Grove, but I would recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone in the area, as it is any easy destination to reach

After many, many dentists in my life, I finally found the one I will stay with forever! Dr Nelson is the gentlest, kindest and best dentist I have ever been to. I actually don’t dread going to the dentist anymore. The last place I went to, the hygenist, Brunhilda, didn’t know the meaning of gentle. Even though I had tears running down my face, she continued to hurt me. Dr. Nelson’s staff are the nicest, most friendliest workers I have ever worked with! If you aren’t happy with your dentist, give Dr Nelson a try. He will do free constultation!

After a lifetime of OK dentists in strip malls that do average work with bored unresponsive employees, I am so glad I found Dr. Nelson! Too many years of avoiding the dentist had me in pretty bad shape. We worked out a plan to get my mouth healthy and then talk about repair work. No upsells, no pushiness and the most warm, friendly staff EVER! And it doesn’t cost more. If your dentist doesn’t make you happy (really, it’s possible) you should make an appointment.
