My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. It’s quiet, very clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. We totally recommend this place for couples or small families.

30A Suites is pretty much no hassle. It’s a low footprint property that’s perfect for people who want apartment style stays and the privacy that goes along with it. There’s a washer and dryer in my room so I returned home with clean clothes after spending time on and off the beach. I’ll definitely come back here! Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this place! We visit every year and stay for the week… Aways goes way too fast! Perfect and quaint! Friendly and helpful staff. Close to food; short walk to the beach! It’s just the two of us and it’s like our own little apartment for the stay! Full kitchen with literally all you need; balcony to kick back and relax; but most importantly, a property that feels safe and home-like! LOVE that there is no cleaning services during my stay… Happy to run a dishwasher and ‘return’ things where they belong before we leave. If you are looking for the ‘Not-Holiday Inn’ experience… You will love 30a Suites!

I meant to write a review for this place a few months back. I stayed here a few nights with my boyfriend on a romantic getaway. The staff was very friendly and personable. The room was very clean and had a nice view of the venue next door. They were having a wedding the night after we checked in and the chapel was lit up in beautiful hues of pink and purple! The suites are all themed and look exactly as they do online(maybe even better). I would most certainly go back to 30-A! It was a home away from home!

Enjoyed our stay very much, we were impressed with the décor and tidiness of our suite. Modern kitchen with granite countertops. Very quiet and peaceful. We could barely hear our neighbors or the cars on the road and our suite was on the end towards the highway. Convenient to Hwy 98 and only a few minutes to Grayton beach. No housekeeping but we knew that going in. It’s more like renting a condo which we do a lot. We booked on short notice and for only 2 nights. Perfect for what we wanted… a relaxing weekend near the beach.

Let me start off with the positives: In a community filled with long-term vacation rentals, this place provides a nice alternative for those who only want to stay for a short amount of time. The suites are very nice looking, cozy, and well appointed, and there are bottles of complementary beverages in the refrigerator. And now, the many, many negatives: First of all, the bathroom had an ant infestation. They were literally crawling out of the woodwork, all over the sink, and for a room that cost $ 200+ per night, this is simply unacceptable. Secondly, the room was noisy. You could hear people in the hallway as clear as day, you could hear people in the room next door, and you could hear cars passing by on the road. Also, I don’t understand this hotel. At the end of your stay, you’re required to do the dishes, put everything back in its place, and take out the garbage. Is there no room service? Do they even change the sheets? In addition, there is no actual«key» to the room, just a key-code. Who is to say that the previous guest didn’t memorize the key code and could be shady? I hope they switch the key code after each guest. We checked out on a Sunday morning, and there was no one in the office to assist us, print a receipt, or anything. We tried calling, too, and no one answered the phone. Lastly, the manager/hospitality agent at this hotel is just plain rude. We called to see if we could book a room for the night, and she acted as though it were a huge chore for her to… well, make money and do her job. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, she seemed just as bothered. Then, she forgot to give us our credit card back(we didn’t realize), and called us back almost 3 hours later to tell us that we had left our card in her office. When we went to the office to pick it up, she didn’t greet us, smile, or anything, she just held the card out and gave me a condescending look. I don’t know who pissed in her Cheerios that day(week?), but as a former employee in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that her behavior and lack of customer service will not keep her in business for very long if she continues this way.
