I had the veggie fed ground beef and rib eyes. Hands down the most flavorful beef I have every eaten. I have a whole steer coming in this Friday to divide with friends. The price for a whole steer was very reasonable and knowing it will be better quality, handling and flavorful than anything I can buy in the store makes me super happy camper.

Kent is a 3^rd generation butcher who takes pride in his work. Seriously, when he ages our grass fed beef for us, it is as good as it gets. Very clean, very professional. Highly recommended if you want to buy a steer or a lamb from a rancher and have someone process it.
He does a lot of work for hunters as well. The art of butchering has died in the supermarkets, but is a live in this place.
