Best pharmacy in town! Love the customer service and quick turn around for filling meds. Appreciate the Txt alerts, just wish they were open weekends incase I ever need them. I used to use cvs but after being discharged from the hospital after a Caesarean section and in lots of PAIN cvs told me I’d have to wait 4+ hours to get my pain meds filled. Palm pharmacy fill my meds within minutes and took care of all the insurance information cvs had on file for me. This pharmacy now takes care of my whole family, Thanks Palm Pharmacy!

I just recently switched to this pharmacy and I am so pleased that I did. I have used CVS pharmacy for over 20 years and although I have been satisfied with them, I am just amazed at the service I get here at Palm pharmacy. It’s very personalized, they know their customers on a first name basis, they talk to you and get to know you, and when I come in to pick up my prescriptions, I am greeted before I even make it to the front. The pharmacist who likes to go by the name «Sam» (he has a much longer Indian name) is from the UK, so he has a thick English accent, which is pleasant to listen to and he always calls out to me greeting me from the very moment I walk in.
They fill the prescriptions in lightning speed. I am very pleased. My doctors office is next door, so I walk out of my doctors office and next door to the pharmacy and he has my prescriptions filled before I even make it into the shop.
They sell other medical supplies too, and if you have a prescription that is not covered by your insurance, he will go out of his way to get it covered by sending a request to the doctors to fill out that it is needed and then forwarding it to the insurance company.
I had a prescription that was over $ 500 that could not be filled, because it wasn’t covered by my insurance, he did the necessary paperwork (I didn’t even know a pharmacy could do this) and sent it to the doctors office via fax and then when he got the doctors signature sent it to the insurance company and got it approved. In less than a week I had the $ 500 prescription and if I would have gone to CVS all they would have said is «This isn’t covered by your insurance, sorry. It will cost $ 500 if you want it, and there is no generic of it.»
Talk about a pharmacy that wants to please their customers! This one is absolutely the best one I have ever been to and I highly recommend that if you want to not have to wait in lines, you want prompt service and expect to be able to get the medication you need, even if it is not covered, then come here, they WILL absolutely do the best to get you what you need as fast as possible.

Also they will send you a text message every time your prescriptions are ready to be picked up, and I love it because if you have prescriptions that you need to keep on taking monthly, they will continually make sure to fill those for you on time and text you to say «Your prescriptions are ready!» which is great!
