Go see Nicole she is amazing! I have been in retail for 10 years and usually don’t ask for help when I shop but this experience was amazing! I can in looking for something specific and left with everything I needed. I got great promotions offered to me as well that where not advertised so that definelty made me feel like I wasn’t being sold something to just get a commission. The whole staff was happy and helpful and I will definetly go shopping here again.

Horrible customer service and have not been to any VS since.
I use to be quite a loyal customer to VS, but this might be my last purchase in any store or online.

Update: I contacted the corporate customer service and they offered a $ 25 gift card. This was just a further insult. I informed them I did NOT want compensation; I wanted customer service representatives to represent great customer service.

This was my first visit to a Victoria Secret believe it or not. I was on vacation and decided to pop in. It was neat and organized but the lady offering everyone ample of perfume was really annoying. A little goes a long way with perfume, in my opinion. She should have stayed at the front of the store.
The salesladies on the floor were helpful and attentive, while the salesladies in the dressing rooms were too interested in their personal conversation to be bothered.
Now that I have been to a VS I would go to one at home but if you go to this one don’t expect the best customer service.

Im a true Victoria Secret shopaholic. I love there pink collection especially since «PINK» bras and panties are often more colorful/​smaller fit and less expensive.
This Santa Monica location is great because its in a convenient area to do all your shopping in one place. The only thing I hate about this location is the selection, it seams everyone is and XS bottom and 34B top, so nothing is available.
I normally buy everything online to use coupons but I like to come over here just to scope out the lingerie in person and make sure I Iike them before ordering online.
This location never gets really busy unless it’s semi-​annual sale time. Otherwise, it’s easy to go in and out of here pretty quick, and the sales staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Alright. So VS isn’t exactly known for their customer service but they do have some great sales. So if you can brave the sea of people clamoring around the discount tables and find your way to the register, you can get away with some fantistic deals.
Now, to the good stuff. The only reason I shop at VS any more is because they now sell Intimissimi! VERY cute stuff at VERY reasonable prices. Forget the $ 50 bra. Especially great for those who are NOT interested in increasing their bust size 10x via that crazy space age padding! Keep in mind, Intimissimi is Italian so the sizing and fit is a bit different (better, in my book) with little or no padding (but still support. I will admit, probably not the best choice for those who are extremely well endowed. Imagine my excitment when I get back from Italy raving about Intimissimi and come to find out it is now available at the larger Victoria’s Secrets! (psst. VS sales some times include Intimissimi stuff and when its on sale, its cheaper than in Europe!)
So, ladies go. Get thyself to the nearest VS and take a look for yourself. Or don’t. (More Intimissimi for me!)

The sales team sux! I asked a girl, who turned out to be the manager for help and she flat out said to me «Ok even though I’m off!» Really cuz it looked to me like you were folding panties, don’t you get paid to do that???
I’m so over this place!

You know what a cashier at Victoria’s Secret shouldn’t say to me while buying two bras? «Man, those are some big mamma jammas!» Um, no. Even if it is true, even if I do have big breasts, somebody I don’t know doesn’t get to comment on their size. When I returned home, I called to speak to the store manager, but she was «too busy» to talk to me. Hmph. I also sent an email to corporate, so we’ll see if anything happens.

This is a typical, large Victoria’s Secret where it is difficult to find someone to help you and the lines are long. Their sale days are a great deal but the stored gets absolutely mobbed. I’ve never understood what makes their bras so popular but I love their cotton bikini underwear.
