Not only do they cost more than other stores, but the sunglasses I purchased were dirty and scratched. When I went back for an exchange, of course it was their last pair.

I have rarely meet someone so rude in a retail environment before such as this lady, Laura who was working there today. I asked if I could take a picture of the glasses I wanted and she said no from across the store. I then asked if I could take the model number down so I could give it to my mom so she could come in and purchase these glasses for me and she just stood leaning against the desk and said no. I asked how I was to describe the glasses to her and she shrugged. Finally, this guy, Akon, wrote the model number down for me. As if I will EVER ask anyone to go buy me anything there. Laura should NOT be in retail. So incredibly rude!

Omg I went in there and it was awesome but this weird customer named Raquel m was eating a bag of poop in the shop it was so gross.

Terrible customer service. Would not exchange (not return, exchange) a pair of full priced sunglasses after a single day. Would highly recommend using a more reputable shop, of which there are a few around. These guys operate similar to a street vendor in Venice, but at the prices of a Sunglass Boutique.
