I like the convenience of this Subway, walking distance from my office. The food is always fresh, and the sandwich artists are the best. Try the veggie sub with a fountain ice tea, skip the chips! Makes a great low cal lunch!

Want a coffee with your Subway? don’t bother. Building management will chase you across the street and threaten to tow your car. One of the craziest things about it is it was the day after Thanksgiving. They deliver, so that’s a huge plus based on bad in person experience. I’ve had delivery before — its been prompt and correct.

This subway delivers? Wait what? They will deliver a $ 6 sandwich at no minimum and only at a $ 2.50 fee. This is a lazy persons dream! You can tell my excitement when about a year ago a guy in a subway hat walked in to my place of work (I work 2 blocks away from them) and passed out a «we deliver» pamphlet.
I am seriously the new Jared. I order from them religiously and I kid you not when I tell you I lost 21 pounds. Yes, I may be too lazy to walk to subway 2 blocks from my work, but my turkey avocado sandwich with no mayo and no mustard works wonders on my behind. I demand Subway makes me a new face for their weight loss commercials and gets rids of Jared.
Anyway, while I’ve never actually been inside this subway (I’m sure it looks very similar to any other subway) I know the guys who deliver my sandwich are super nice and when I call in they recite my order as soon as I say my name. Perhaps I should switch my order one of these days and surprise them.
Order from them if you are lazy like me and don’t want to walk; guaranteed fresh sandwich. And I love how they always have my broccoli cheddar soup hot and ready to eat. Kudos to Subway!

Super friendly & professional staff, great food!

After I finished at the bank I decided to go in to subway… they always say hello as I walk in the doors and no matter if I’m getting and actual meal or just a free cookie from doing the surveys they still treat me the same! Kim and Paola who work there are Amazing… they are always so warm, sweet and really nice to me!

This subway is good, food never has issues, and being on Montana, it’s one of the more affordable places. They also deliver which is a plus.

Ordered delivery, sandwich was cold. Ordered m and m cookies. They delivered plain old chocolate chip :(said it would take 15 minutes was much longer.

Where’s the pesto, buffalo mozzarella, and the option to tip the Sandwich Makers on your credit card?

Odd review… I hate Subway. However sometimes you have to pick up subs because they are just convenient and I needed some sort of convenient lunch option really fast to feed a surprise group of 6 people at my house… Anyway, I would give Subway 1 star in general and will never go there if I have other options… but as far as Subways go, this is the best Subway I’ve ever been in. Clean, friendly, fast, and I guess their meatball sub is decent…

Food was decent. 2 people working, especially the guy were miserable. Maybe teach the guy to smile and say thank you. This kind of stuff really annoys me.

Clean, friendly and efficient.
At times, they have new staff training and understandably the sandwiches come out bleh.
All subways are not created equal, this one is managed just a bit better than the rest.

Such friendly workers. By far the best and freshest subway I have been to. Also, it’s always very clean!

Let me start off by saying that I am a big fan of Subway. I thoroughly enjoy their Tuna footlongs with cilantro and avocado. I gave it two stars because the sandwich was pretty scrumptious. But, let me get down to the meat and potatoes of my experience with this subway and why I gave it two stars. Not only did I get sick and practically puked my guts out the next day (basically ruining my new years) but so did a close friend of mine! Coincidence? I think not my friends. I also gave it two stars because the staff was quite friendly and welcoming. They even offered me a free cup of water for my thirst.
So, if you do decide to eat here, you might want to go to the pavilions down the block and buy some TUMS and Imodium because you will get sick.

I love this location. It’s always clean, the staff has become leaps and bounds better than when it first opened, and I love the convenience of the parking lot.
Everyone is friendly, and the veggies have been fresh every time I come in. Good location to either sit for a quick bite (it’s never too crowded when I go in) or to run in and take your order out.
Ordering from the iPhone app was a breeze!

This subway is on the edge of montana ave of where all the little stores and boutiques are. It definitely is one of the cheaper and less calorie loaded options around the area!
space was clean and organized when i went inside, but since I went in the morning, it seemed like the workers were a little slow, other than that all the cut ingredients looked freshly stocked and I was helped in a timely manner!

The crew at this location is so helpful. The food is always fresh and they don’t mind my finicky requests.

I’m scared this place will spiral downwards since Ignacio (the usual manager) has been shifted to a different store. This is the 2^nd time I’ve gone in recently, ordered a sandwich to go & gotten home to open a sandwich with bread that is HARD as a rock. They should know better. And when I call to complain they tell me to «come back» for a new one… well, I don’t have time to keep coming back… what a bummer. Ignacio had this place in tip top shape & he cared. Not so sure about this new team.

Ok subway, better than most, customer service could be a little better but then again they don’t get paid enough to be super nice, especially since most people don’t tip them.

This is my favorite Subway in Santa Monica. Nicer setting than the others. The only thing is that the door slams every time someone comes in or out.

I mean its subway so its pretty standard but I just don’t like how when i go in there and the workers are always yelling at each other in spanish. I can understand what they are saying and it was def not something they would have said if everyone could understand.
