Starbucks

This was a very clean and nice establishment. The staff was very friendly and my order was given to me promptly. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Great staff, I love coming to this starbucks!
Only downside is that people hog the tables all day

My partners are amazing!!! Relax it’s a coffee shop people, serving ⁶⁰⁄₇₀ per half hour, our customer service is on point! Don’t forget we all are human, and everyone deserves equal respect. «We are not therapist»

What an embarrassment to Starbucks. It’s almost impossible to focus with the amount of gossip the two baristas are sharing with each other. I was not welcomed when I came in, and it felt like I was the one interrupting their conversation rather than a customer being attended. Horrible, disgusting, and what a shame these employees have such little respect for a company that treats them so well.

I am very dissapointed with the service it is absolutely horrible I went in and I stood their for 10 mins until someone came to take my order

So the only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because of the AMAZING service I ALWAYS get from Erin and Karina when I come in, in the morning. As a former employee of Starbucks I noticed the manger, Andres, is rude and does not know how to lead his team at all. I say this because almost every time I come in he is barely doing anything, I have also seen instances where he was actually talking down to his crew! RUDE. Anyways, other than that I think this place has a great feel. They definitely need to do something about management and put Karina or Erin in charge, the customer service and quality of this Starbucks would bloom.

This Starbucks has a a nice little hole in the wall feeling. I say this because coming here on Saturdays is great as it is usually empty and quiet.
This location is also conveniently located across the street from the DMV just in case you need to stop there.
Having a Starbucks close by makes the dreadful feeling of having to go to the DMV less of a pain.
The baristas here were all super friendly and patient. They make your order with love and care usually adding extra touches here and there. They also have a happy hour right now effective May 1^st through May 10^th from 3−5pm where their frapps are half off!
This location also has a lot of seating indoors with outlets next to almost every table as well as seating outdoors. Sadly the outdoor seating doesn’t have outlets yet.
Areas were kept clean and stocked. The bathroom was also clean and maintained as well.
A great location to come do homework without a lot of people. Probably gets busy during the week however during rush hour times. Saturday afternoons seem pretty empty and perfect timing to come study or get homework done however! ;)

Great staff, friendly and fast. There is 45 mins free parking in the garage behind it and meter on the street. Outdoor spot is really nice.

The staff is friendly, the lines move quickly and there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The only problem is that during the busy hours, there’s not much parking out front. Otherwise, it’s a pretty area with lots to look at and there are several lunch options worth checking out if you want coffee and your friends want a meal.

Why are they so greedy with their caramel? Ive never had issues elsewhere. But eeeh. For these guys, they want to charge extra, for extra caramel…

There is a huge line in here and it’s at this moment the cashier decides to count the tip jar??? Whatevs!

Starbucks, has excellent employees Tasha, Xio to name a few baristas that are excellent, They know you by name, wonderful place and experiences. Visit daily simply for the experience. Lines do sometimes go out the door but with free parking, what is the rush.

Not the cleanliness, the floors don’t seem like they’ve been swept or mopped in a while and some of the tables were a little grumpy. They also didn’t fill my drink up to the top, it felt half empty. Maybe I just came on a bad day?

Its Starbucks.
The baristas are very nice and recognize most people that come regularly. The line can get BANANAS here as there are lots of offices in the area.
To sum it up, its Starbucks.

Trying to order a hot tea and asked the guy to just to put it on an iced cup for it to turn into an iced tea. Simple. He brings me an iced cup with the tea bag in it. And when I asked him that I wants to have a hot tea over Ice he gives me this look as if I would be from a different planet. Seriously DDR. You need to change your job and not work at Starbucks or any place that has to deal with lots of clients. And supervised did not even bother to ask me if she could redo the tea. I just left… Seriously. It’s just a simple task. Not brain surgery.

I’m not a coffee drinker so when I find myself meeting up with people at Starbucks, I usually go for the smoothies or frappuccinos without coffee. This small Starbucks location wasn’t on my radar and I actually drove right past it the first time! When I found it I was excited to find a parking spot just in front of the store.
I ordered the double chocolaty chip crème frappuccino but, they were out of the chips. So, I ordered the orange mango smoothie instead and it was bitter. Walking back over to the counter with the drink in my hand, I caught the attention of one of the workers there who suggested that perhaps it was the orange in the drink making it sour. I’ve had the drink multiple times at other Starbucks and it was delicious so I assumed that it was more about how they made it. She was kind however and she agreed to make me a strawberry smoothie. It wasn’t really any better. I took a few sips and I was done.
I’m not so sure about this location. Perhaps the coffee drinks are better…

Friendly and helpful staff!
Starbucks sent me a coupon for a free hand crafted drink good only for today so I went in to the nearest starbucks at work today. My only problem was that I did not have a specific drink in mind. I just wanted a hot beverage because it’s freezing (low 60’s is considered freezing in Santa Monica) today. I asked what drinks qualified for the free rewards drink and also what she would recommend. The lady that helped me suggested one of their new winter drinks called the caramel flan latte.
If you like caramel and flan like I do then you will enjoy this hot beverage! Mmm… yummy. And it is keeping me warm on this chilly afternoon too! Yay!
Meter parking along both sides of Colorado Blvd. There’s also a Starbucks inside of the Ralphs on the corner of Cloverfield and Olympic.

Always a positive experience running in to grab my morning or afternoon coffee! The baristas are friendly and very helpful. I’ve had some that have even suggested drinks that they have created based on my likings and past orders! It’s a great location and super convenient street or garage parking.
My only complaint and what is refraining from a Five-​Star is that when the rush comes its a serious rush! There’s so many businesses around the area and everyone flocks to this Starbucks to caffeinate! It’s always a drag because it takes a while to order and get your order, but they do the best they can!

I actually like this Starbucks more. Great location and extremely quiet! This is near my local Honda service center so I walk here when I’m waiting for my car.
I don’t get a soy nonfat caramel vanilla latte no foam (no offense), I stick with an iced coffee (no room and no sweetener) or a red eye (coffee and 2 shots of expresso) because I’m a GUY.

I like to go mid day and it is usually never crowded. It is a little small, but let’s just call it cozy. :) There are some eateries nearby which is nice. It was odd today because the staff seemed grumpy and they didn’t take your own name for orders. They just yelled out the name of your beverage. Not sure if that’s new at all Starbucks or just here. There was also some confusion between a mocha lite and a skinny mocha. Hmmmm…
