Came here for an interview. Probably the best jet-fuel stop in this area. It’s in the Colorado Biz Center, so it’s best to park within. Or do what I did and park at the DMV because you are a tax-paying citizen and need to caffeinate so you can work… so you can pay more taxes. Staff are very personable and efficient, and the place itself is design-oriented. It is small and probably packed in the earlier weekday mornings, but you can sit outside by the fountain which is nice. I tried the coffee emusified with coconut oil and butter — loved it. Rich and creamy but not diluting. If you drank a whole cup or five you could probably accomplish enough work and retire sooner. A couple years, I’d say. Ordered a chai latte that was tasty. I put cayenne pepper in it — you have to BYOCP in order to do this. They must put magic in the coffee, because not only is it good, but the interview went extremely well. Would like to try the pastries next time! I will be back again soon.

If you happen to work in the Colorado business district, there’s really only a few options for real coffee. Elabrew is one of these places. All of their drinks have a double shot of espresso, yet they are smooth. Their cold brew is out of this world as well. The staff in this cozy space is always friendly.

This place is right next to my office and it’s simply the best little coffee shop in the area. The staff is always pleasant, the smells walking in are amazing, and of course the coffee is as good as I’ve had from any other place. I admit my coffee palette is not well developed, but after going to this place for the past year almost daily, it’s hard to enjoy Starbucks or equivalents anymore. As a chocolate person, I am even more impressed that they churn their own chocolate blend. The place is a bit hard to find since its inside the office complex next to trifit gym, but it’s well worth the trek.

I don’t usually give 1 stars unless I really hate a place but here it goes. I’ve been here a few times since it’s close to my office, and every time I get a latte it is lukewarm. Even after I request Very Hot it still tastes like a drink that’s been sitting out for half an hour. The coffee is extremely acidic and barely drinkable. Had to throw away my iced coffee :( Save your time and money. There are 2 Starbucks within walking distance.

Good coffee. Hard to find a decent coffee shop in corporate America. Great hidden gem!

Office parks = captive areas where you end up paying a bajillion dollars for mediocre food. Not the case at Elabrew. Come by on the reg to pick up some cold brew during the workweek(when I’m often missing the third wave coffee rat race I enjoy to be pretentious about when I’m back home on the east side). Really enjoy the tunes, the staff, and their knowledge re: coffee. Also — really into the snacks, they bring in some home made pop tarts that are seriously the JAM. They also hook you up with the complimentary cookie if you check in on Unilocal

I discovered Colorado park while I was biking home and decided to take a look at this hidden residential area. Then I saw Elabrew coffee and came back the next morning. And might I say they make a Danm fine cup of coffee.

Cute place in Palm court. The baristas are super friendly and laid back. Cold brew was pretty good, 3.5 for a regular size. I couldn’t finish it because I started getting jittery after a few sips… I suppose that’s a good sign? They also have a ton of strong drink(read quadruple shot strong) variations, so I could definitely see myself coming back, getting hopped up on caffeine and doing a ton of work.

I always enjoy coming to this little gem. The inside is small, but there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy your finely crafted beverage outside. The staff is always kind and attentive and the drinks here are great. I think their coffee(pour over and drip) is the way to go. They also kindly yet Unilocal users redeem the free cookie gift at each visit! Parking is tricky, so if you are within biking or walking distance, then consider swinging on by!

More like 4.5 stars. Not crazy about the service, so it would be 5 stars otherwise. The bulletproof was good, but the cookie I had stood out much more in terms of taste. It was some chocolate, chocolate chip cookie, but had additional flavors blended in that just made it rock.

This place is freaking awesome!!! The customer service is always on point!!! A girl name Tina I believe was extremely nice and always remembered my drink. The place is cozy and the art is beautiful and crafty. I got the caramel ice latte with almond milk with extra caramel that they make homemade!!! It made my mouth have a drink orgasm!!! Yummy!!! If your in the area please try this place out. Check in on Unilocal and get a free delicious cookie!!!

Love this place. And well worth the walk over from the Water Gardens which has since become a construction site. The baristas are nice, know my order and love the quality of the coffee. For the haters, there’s a Starbucks down the road which serves their crap colored hot water.

Elabrew, elabrew why did I wait so long to find you? I work close by so Elabrew is a must for me. I’m very particular about my lattes and they are so very kind to accommodate. Yes, I’m that person. Soy chai tea, not too hot please! And it’s perfect every time. I still need to venture out a little more and try their other drinks but a Elabrew is an office favorite and that’s good enough for me!

I had a hard time finding this place. It’s kind of hidden inside a business complex. The place itself is very tiny. There are some seats inside, but there’s lots of seating outside in the gorgeous courtyard. I ordered a mocha and upon check in on Unilocal, realized I could get a free cookie. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any, but they did offer me one of their yummy looking pastries or a quiche. They had a pop tart, a croissant, a blueberry danish, and a ham quiche. I took the quiche. It was right around lunch time, so it was perfect. I knew it would definitely satisfy me more than a sweet pastry. The quiche was delicious! It was light, but really filling with big chinks of ham. The mocha, not so much. I have had way better elsewhere.

Good coffee. Friendly baristas. Prices a little on the high side, but not out of line with other coffee shops above the Starbucks level. I’ve had a few different coffees and drinks from there. First time was a pour-over, which was really good. Second time, my wife surprised me with something, so I am not sure what I drank, but it was CRAZYSTRONG and made me a bit dizzy. I’ve tried their lattes and cappuccinos, which were not as good as I would have hoped. I am looking forward to trying their«bulletproof» option.(If you don’t know what bulletproof coffee is, check with google) I live in the area, and my only real complaint is that they are closed on the weekends. This place is so far superior to Starbucks, it seems like a shame to have to give them my business on the weekends, when a better option is practically next door.

Clean, fast, usually a line of the office people that work around that area. Do locals even go to this place? It’s kind of hard to spot, I think this place caters more to the employees of the Yahoo Center and Watergarden buildings(which is actually how I discovered this place). I tried their bulletproof coffee. Espresso with coconut oil and butter. It’s definitely different, and supposed to help your body digest caffeine faster with all the special ingredients in it. It’s pricey for a tiny ass cup. I can’t finish it though, it’s just way too thick for me and if I let it sit, the coconut oil rises to the top. I do find it interesting that they put butter in it, you can definitely taste a hint of it. I think it’s worth trying though, it was new and interesting to me. Confused my taste buds in a pleasant way. Their iced mochas are really good, and I heard that their quiches are good too. Only problem with this place is that it’s reaaaally expensive. Not a bang for your buck. Even though my coworker said the quiche was good, I believe it was around $ 5-$ 7 and it was like half a regular piece. I can’t remember the exact price but we were both shocked at how expensive it was. My small iced mocha was around $ 5 as well. For this kind of price, I’d rather get a Ginger Snap from Philz.

I work in the office park where Elabrew is located and I’m definitely a fan. Good coffee served by really nice, fun people in a funky environment. The art and design isn’t really to my taste, but they get a lot of fun products in(cupcakes, pastries, ice cream, juices, etc.) for those 3:00 snack times. It’s nothing mind boggling, but it is also good coffee at Starbucks prices where the employees seem more comfortable and relaxed. I know they do the latte art and stuff, not a big deal to me, but give me good service and I’ll stick around.

Just okay. Location is inconvenient for those that don’t work in the corporate center, so I wouldn’t come here except my car is getting serviced at VW across the way and am killing time. That said, I ordered my regular matcha latte. The matcha to me was tasteless and weak. Temperature was fine. Another plus though was the large selection of gluten free pastries, although the scone I had was a bit dry. And for a hot drink and a small pastry I paid $ 8.50, pretty steep. I also didn’t care for the loud obnoxious rap music with obscenities at 8am in the morning(don’t get me wrong I like hip hop and rap just not«F» words blaring in my ear early in the morning). This place is trying to hard to be hip. I’m sure their pour over coffee is good, so next time I’ll try this, if I have $ 10 I want to blow. Until then I’ll stick to Peets.

Walked here when I had to go to DMV and was told wait is 2 hours. Free chocolate chip cookie. Yummy. Relaxing courtyard… awesome. Esp after getting off work early to run my dmv errands. Dirty Chai… pretty tasty. Id go back and hang out here rather than sitting in DMV listening to «now serving — – » for 2 hours. Disclaimer: Not responsible for you losing your place in line if you are not back in dmv by time they call yer #. Almost lost my place. Made it back to dmv smack on the dot when they called my number. LoL. Whew!!!

This place is hidden inside the Colorado center but it’s a nice local spot. After finding it near the gym on the inside plaza, I went in to find a cute boutique café. Two baristas were running the place and they were both really friendly. I decided on a latte and it was perfectly executed by the barista with a little latte art to top it off. The espresso was perfectly pressed and the milk perfectly aerated. Loved the condiment bar too– agave, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and raw sugar all available for use. Loved this spot. A little out of the way for people who don’t work in the building or live locally, but a nice little gem.
