I went to see Claire and she did a great Brazilian blowout on me so I scheduled a follow up appointment with her to get my roots done. I was about 20 minutes late because of traffic and right when I got there she gave me major
attitude because I was late. She kept scolding me and telling me I should have taken the 405. She didn’t have any other appointments so it wasn’t like I compromised her other appointments. I told her I want the same color and to just do the roots. She didn’t listen to my request and did what she wanted. I’m so unhappy with my color. She didn’t even try and fix. I would never go back to her again. I hate when stylists don’t listen and my hair is really really dark like almost black when I requested a light brown. Beware

Admir is the master. Always up to date on edgy styles and amazing colors.
I’ve been going to him for many years and he’s the owner of Salon Tosca. Very professional and fun to be around while getting your hair done :)
HIGHLY recommend him. You can’t go wrong with a European hair master. Love the music, art and Macha Tea… just amazing over all.
P. S. I drive all the way from Orange County., that tells you a lot.

Admir is a great colorist and stylist. My hair looks beautiful for weeks to months after the cut. To boot, parking’s free, music’s good, and he keeps the conversations interesting. I definitely recommend.

I moved to L.A. 2 ½ years ago from Miami. I struggled to find someone amazing for my hair until I was referred to Admir, owner of Salon Tosca. He has done such an amazing job on my color and cut that people stop me to say how much they love my hair (I have long brown hair with caramel highlights.)
I would highly recommend Admir to anyone wanting to look fabulous!

Salon Tosca is fantastic! I am very picky on who I allow to touch my hair. I’ve had horrible experiences until I met Mr. Admir Tosca. He is AMAZING! I highly recommend him for cuts, color and a inspiring conversation. The salon is clean, modern, and very welcoming!!! Make an appointment here, you will be glad you did!

I’ve been going to Salon Tosca for a few years, the salon is small but clean without the LA snobbery. Elissa is great, affordable and a super nice person as is the owner. If you are looking for a quick, convenient, good place for a cut or highlight without LA prices and attitude check it out!

I’ve been going to Salon Tosca for over 4 years. Not only that I love the way Admir treats my hair, but what I enjoy mostly, is the fun atmosphere they work with their customers! When I went to Tosca for the first time, Admir said «your hair is now mine!». He was right! He knows what to do!

A wonderful, warm and cozy salon with great customer service. After visiting June there I am often stopped and asked where I get my hair cut. June is the best! I have referred many friends to her and they are always very happy to have found her. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I had a very bad experience elsewhere with some horrid color. Claire fixed me right up and got my hair back to blonde! She also gave me a great cut (once I was ready!) and got rid of the straw that a stylist in the Bay Area left me with after a bad bleach job. Yikes!
The salon is adorable with a great location (parking behind Pier 1!), and they’ll give you all the cookies, chocolate, tea, and espresso you can handle!
Claire also does amazing men’s cuts (my boss won’t see anyone else — even when he’s desperate!).

This review was totally unsolicited. I want to write one for Salon Tosca because EVERYONE is a great stylist and individual. I have gone to Elisa for over ten years for cut, color, highlights almost every month. Consistently I get a great product. Her service to me is one i value very much. I also really appreciate that she runs on time for appointments and works quickly.
My review would not be complete if I did not mention that the owner Amir takes impeccable care to welcome clients, the salon is ver clean, and there is a great snack bar. Kudos for a great set up.
I would highly recommend.

I’m very picky about my hair and have had 2 stylists get pregnant on me in the last 4 years, so I was nervous to try someone new. I just got my hair cut and highlighted by Philippe and couldn’t be happier. I dare say it may even be the best cut/​color I’ve ever had! Not only was he a pleasure to speak with for 2 hours, he was a total professional and obviously has skills with the scissors — my cut was exactly what I wanted. I promise you, you will not be disappointed if you put your hair in Philippe’s capable hands!

I recently decided to look into hair extensions but I wanted to be sure I didn’t damage my existing hair. After doing a lot of web research, i decided to go see Claire @ Salon Tosca based on all her good reviews online. Upon meeting her, she was very good at listening to my concerns and spent the time to investigate what would work best with my thin hair. A few weeks later I had them put in and am so thrilled! It’s only been a week but everyone has complemented them and i love having the longer hair. My co-​workers can’t tell what’s different which makes me happy. :) Only that my hair looks great! Claire’s been fantastic with following up and making sure i’m 100% happy with them. The salon itself is very cute and perfectly located in Santa Monica. Love the free parking in the back! Look forward to coming to this salon and to see Claire for years to come!

Go get your hair cut from Admir. He’s amazing. My hair looks better than it ever has. He takes alot of care and precision, and his experience shows in the quality of his work. He was friendly and personable during the wash and in the initial stages of the cut, and when it got down to the end for the finishing, he totally went into the zone and focused on giving me a perfect cut.
Salon Tosca was clean, bright, and played great music.
Oh– and actually, I was sold after the head massage during the wash. Added bonus.
I’m dumping my old stylist and only seeing Admir from now on.

I’ve gone to Claire P. many times for a haircut and I always come away feeling like its the best one I’ve ever had. Once I started going to see her I didn’t even bother trying any other stylists. She makes you feel comfortable, is really nice and treats you well. And of course she knows what she’s doing.
