Lie to clients, they got stains out! Just damage expensive items and can’t even get things out I can get out by doing it on my own! Prices are a joke for the work! Incredible!!!

EXPENSIVEPRICES! I chose this place based on the 4.5 star(based on 9 reviews). I don’t know what other dry cleaners in this area charge, but this place’s prices seem ridiculous!!! $ 11.50 for woman’s pants, $ 10.75 for a TIE, $ 10.50 for a blouse and $ 13.25 for a suit jacket. Total was $ 56.00 for 5 items!!! On a positive note, they did get the stains out and it was ready on time.

Dry cleaners are not all the same as most people know. This place always does an impeccable job and if you need a rush order they accommodate. Some places send out the clothes to get clean but here they do it on the premises. They are not crazy expensive like other local dry cleaners but the do a top notch job just the same. If you are in Santa Monica or are in Santa Monica adjacent I highly recommend this place. Also they do alterations and sewing if one needs it. %)

They are the best. Very easy going and always do a great job tailoring my clothing. Their pricing is reasonable too.

I’ve had all my work shirts, suits and pants done here. I’ve since moved away from Montana Ave to Venice, but I still bring my clothes here due to all the horror stories I’ve seen or heard elsewhere. Good service, reasonable turnaround times, never lost or ruined anything.

horrible !!! ruined my rug and tried to hide the fact that she bleached it out. but i opened the rug at the cleaners. she lied to me all the way to her insurance company and they gave me a fraction of what it was worth!!! Beware of this cleaners — Horrible liar! I’m not a hater! I’m actually a really nice person, but this woman is NOT!

I go out of my way to do my drycleaning here — no small thing considering how congested this general area of L.A. gets. They do a great job, they have good coupons(and they accept other places’ coupons up to a certain amount), and they don’t cost a fortune. Those«full-service» drycleaners are shiny and fancy, with their delivery vans and whatnot, but when I can get good service for half the cost, I’ll take it, and I appreciate it!

I was in a pinch to get some fluff and fold done by the end of the day, and after calling 3 other cleaners on Montana Ave, this place took me without so much as hesitation or a laugh! The woman was very nice over the phone. I will for sure keep them at the top of my fluff and fold list.

Each time I move it seems that I go through about 6 – 10 different cleaners before I finally find one that is good. Montana Dry Cleaners is the one to hold out for. This is a small shop where you’ll always recognize the staff(and they will recognize you). Your clothes will always be ready on-time and they will look great. I don’t judge a cleaner by their ability to remove the world’s worst stain or some claim to have my clothes returned while I wait. The most important quality to me is careful service that will return my clothes in the same(or better) condition as they were delivered. In several years, Montana Cleaners never lost or damaged a single item and, perhaps more tellingly, my clothes still looked after years of use and cleaning. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. (Montana Cleaners has moved a few blocks east on Montana from the old 14th Street address listed here.)
