I’m gonna spit the difference.
I’m usually a drive-​thru customer and I’ve never had a problem here. Always fast and the food is always served hot. This time I came in to use the wifi and stood in line for 15 minutes. There were only 4 people before me and still, time stood still.
I would recommend using the drive-​thru here.

This McDonald’s always has the worse restrooms ever. They are always dirty and smelly. Too many homeless people around this McDonald’s. They could work on their professionalism and get orders out faster.

This Mcdonalds is sooooo disgusting!
The women’s toilets are dirty full of poop around the seat and floor. Manager of that place is a piece of crap! Needs to make sure the personnel for cleaning does its job. If women’s restroom is dirty I can imagine men’s restroom is dirty as well.
Seriously stewart park down the street is cleaner than this place! Mcdonald’s you suck!

So we were craving for a quick breakfast, and clumsily found a nearby McDonald’s (iPhone kept trying to lead me to a location 11 miles away…)
Anyway, it’s been a while since either one of us have set foot in a Mickey D’s. We have heard negative press about how sales have been in a slump, but we still remembered the place for serving fast, tasty, affordable breakfasts.
Imagine our surprise when we stepped in and saw… Large HD LCD menu boards with video (aka breakfast porn).
And fresh roses with baby’s breath at every table? Did we step into the wrong restaurant?
I was particularly impressed with the egg white McMuffin with Canadian bacon and white cheddar — for only 250 calories!
This, plus acceptance of Apple Pay, plus the use of fresh oil to fry the hash browns, earned you the 4 stars.
Keep it up, Mr. Ronald McDonald!

Actually set my stop watch on my phone to see if they were able to complete my order within 60 seconds. And they did. I only ordered a chicken sandwich (is it me or did the mcchicken sandwiches get smaller) and a drink. Cool. Went via the drive thru. I didn’t like that my drink, Sweet Tea, was warm. Although it had ice, it tasted warm. McChicken tasted like a McChicken but seemed small to me.

Waited over 45 minutes to get our order. There drive through machine was broken and had no sign for it. Had to wait to pull up to the second window to even place our order. And still it took FOREVER to get our food. Only ordered 2 big macs and a dble cheeseburger.
Better off going to another actual fast food joint

Small parking lot, small interior, but it was their 50^th anniversary today with 49cent hamburgers, car show, live music, etc. had their buttermilk crispy chicken and it was okay, nothing special to talk about. Comes with lettuce, tomato and mayo. The French fries were unusually soggy mixed with some crisp ones. So I’m guessing we just got an old batch. The young lady taking my order was confused with my coupon that said buy one sandwich, get an order of fries and a drink for free. She finally got it right.

The quality done gone away again. The meat tastes dry and freezer burned. The counter has a big hunk of plastic black and white wallpaper on it. When asked how you can see the dirt a manager said she didn’t know. Yucko! They stopped hiring only Spanish speakers like they used to but the place still has a low quality vibe to it, plus the burgers taste like crap.

We were in the early morning rush hour and drove off thinking we had everything. Had to drive all the way back to pick up the rest of our things which was a negative. But the lady there was nice enough to apologize and give us lager sized fraps to make up for it. We didn’t have to wait either which was another plus.

Place sucks!!! Went inside because the drive through wasn’t moving. Placed my simple order of two McDoubles at 9:41pm my friends all got their food, ate, talked, while I still waited. 10:06 and still nothing. Asked for my money back. So much for fast food.
The place wasn’t busy either. I’m not that impatient.

I’m not going to lie, I am a frequent flyer here. Unfortunately it’s always a hit or miss. They keep giving me diet dr pepper when I ask for diet coke. That pisses me right off. Now I need to check every time before I leave the drive thru, oh and they said my card was declined and made a huge deal when I can definitely afford a Big Mac meal.

Pretty good compared to most… clean, neat, fast service and good customer service. :)

Every single time I need to use the restroom at this location, the men’s restroom is not stocked with toilet tissue. Late at night there doesn’t appear to be anyone available to restock it. If I actually come here early enough, there will be a male employee on staff who my can ask to restock the bathroom. Their reply? Totally out of toilet tissue. Seems like a total mismanagement of resources.

I just tried this McDonald’s again today cause I was in the area and it’s just as bad as always

I have been going to Mcdonalds since the early 80s. McDonalds is my jam. However, the entire point is that the food is decent and FAST. This place is the slowest. Period. I have nothing else to say.

This location is really big, with huge tables, comfy boots, and lots of room! If you need a place to study, this seems ideal. The service is slow and everyone seems confused though — my order was wrong, she charged me for an upgrade I didn’t ask for, charged me for a large hot chocolate when I ordered a medium, and then she didn’t fill it up all the way and made a really big deal out of the fact that I couldn’t «just drink it» (seriously, the cup was filled HALF WAY, and she charged me for a large, only to essentially serve me a small in a medium cup). The night manager woman, wearing a purple shirt?, wasn’t much better. Overall the place is good, the food isn’t too terrible (the fries are so good, I usually only come for those), but the service ruins it for me. I’d skip this location, since the food will stay the same, and maybe another location will have better service.

Yet again disapointed. I ordered a #4 with a large white chocolate mcafe or latte or whatever its called. And as soon as i took a sip, it LITERALLY tasted like hot water with milk… no white chocolate… guess u get wat u pay for… so i shruged it off, i know in order to get a good late i need to go to starbucks or a coffe shope. Strike 2 was when i opened my breakfast sandwich up and it was rlly burnt on the side. smh ill be sure to post a picture of that.

Ima give 4 Star just because the dining room is open ²⁴⁄₇ even at nights. It’s much quieter than the Norm’s (where I usually go to study)
I’m not gonna comment on the food or the service. This is McDonald’s. You know the drill. :)

For a fast food chain on pico and 30^th in Santa Monica, it doesn’t get much better than this.
The employees were very friendly. The service was prompt. The «food» tasted good. What else do you want?
