sooo… I went to Gioia yesterday and I was not disappointed… I bought a beautiful silk top and long skirt in a sagey green and a sheer cover that looks like a watercolor painting to wear over it… and a gorgeous necklace that pulls the whole thing together… also a sagey green long scarf for a diffferent look in the future… it is flattering, light and feminine and I will be beautiful on my wedding day… by the way, I am 77 and I am looking forward to a lovely long rest-​of-​life with my new husband and wearing my beautiful new outfit many times… I spent a long time there and, as always, was treated with patience and respect… love the staff.

When I first looked in the window, I wasn’t really sure. I thought it might be more matronly than I wanted. Boy was I wrong! The clothing here is lovely, so unique and these ladies know their stuff. I am a huge fan of items made in the USA. At the time I went to the store, about 35% were US-​made. So, in my book, I will shop there. I love the boutiques on Main Street, I love that they promote local, and US artists, clothing, gifts, jewelry… Shop here!!!

i live in santa monica and have shopped at this store for years. they are warm and wonderful people and always have a great selection of women’s clothing and gifts. i don’t agree with the three $$$ that are posted for them as i am a clothing designer and the prices at gioia are very reasonable for the quality of items that they sell. this isn’t target and everything they offer is unique and well made. it’s also so nice to walk into a store where the owner goes out of her way to know your name. in this day and age «friendly and helpful» go a long way with me.

I love this eclectic boutique. I visit every time I travel to LA from Cleveland. It is my destination spot. The clothing comes in all sizes, intriguing styles and exciting fabrics. The owner and her sales people are very kind and honest. Many items for sale benefit different social organizations. The prices are reasonable and the location is great!

This is my favorite place to shop when I want something special. I love the styles that they offer and the materials. Beautiful jackets, silk shirts, skirts, scarves, and some interesting jewelry too. People always give me compliments when I wear clothes from Gioa. Plus I love the ladies who work there.
