I don’t care how smart or prepared you think you are, when it comes to the law, you need a lawyer. Peter Gellerman is an exceptional attorney, and a genuine and caring human being.
He is extremely knowledgeable and treated me with respect. I’m one of those people who likes to provide way too much information, but Mr. Gellerman appreciated my input and never talked down to me.
Yes, he charges money for his services. Of course he does. And, like someone else said, you get what you pay for.
I am more than satisfied with his work, and have recommended him to several of my friends.

I was in need of an estate attorney so I asked my friends in the area for referrals. Several of them gave me Mr. Gellerman’s name and told me how how great he is. He is now my family’s attorney and I couldn’t be happier. Mr. Gellerman is the most professional lawyer I’ve ever met. I noticed that another reviewer complained about his fee but it’s actually no more (and for certain far less than a Century City attorney) than most 5 star attorneys charge. Peter Gellerman is a probate attorney. Here are the facts:
$ 400/​hr, and this adds up very, very quickly. Expect a bill in the 5 digits range.
He is very meticulous and I believe does his job well.
He does not like to discuss fees and he does not provide estimates. He said I would be F*CKED without him. His relationship with clients is just terrible once you bring up fees.
So I dropped him.
