I was only here for breakfast, so cannot comment on the lunch or dinner menus. From eating breakfast here I can tell you it is a standard doubletree breakfast. You can either order off of a menu or eat from their buffet. My wife and I ate from the buffet. While it is nothing to write home about, it was still tasty and they do offer cooked to order omelettes. I would eat breakfast here again next time staying at the Doubletree in Santa Monica.
As a tip, the breakfast buffet is free if you have Hilton Gold status or higher.

I have been here 4 times now. Each time the service has been absolutely terrible and seems to just diminish. I ordered the Chicken Caprece, the 3 other times, which was okay, but this time I ordered a French Dip sandwich. This meat looked old, was dry and had no flavor, the Au Jus, no flavor. My friends ordered pastrami sandwiches which were very dry and no flavor, and our sweet potato fries were cold and burnt, one person ordered a Chicken Caesar salad, again, no flavor. The prices are high, and you can get better tasting food at Arby’s. Sometimes days are off, but after my bad experience for the 4th time, I will never eat here again.
