Did a great job cleaning up my virus infected laptop. They were professional and patient w/​my overall lack of computer knowledge, took extra time to explain it all.

This place deserves 10 million stars for true customer care. My macbook hard drive crashed and I lost much of the data. I was quoted ridiculous prices at chain retailers like best buy as well as other local shops. Mike at Check Plus only charged me a bare minimum fee to try to recover the data without doing anymore damage. He worked with my time frame and budget as much as he could. The service ended up working within my budget — about 25% less than the other places.
They have their own «clean room“and technicians, so my computer was not sent off to a different city and I could basically call ANYTIME to find out the status of the recovery. Mike was always VERY responsive and the receptionist is so polite.
A few days later, I have 90% of my data back and we are still talking about how to potentially access the other 10%. Mike also changed my battery for FREE when he noticed it was leaking (I bought the battery myself and brought it in for him to quickly install). He also installed Yosemite for me and restored some of my apps that I would normally have to purchase again. Mike is awesome and truly cares! Gosh, it’s such a relief to work with HONEST AND EXPERIENCED technicians. 5 stars!

Came to get my Iphone screen replaced. They were very responsive and helpful on the phone. I came in on Sunday as I needed the repair done urgently and I was taken care of on the spot. Great service!!! I will come for any future repairs to that place.

Check Plus Computer is an reliable fast service spot. I had an issue with hard drive of Macbook Pro, they’ve replaced it with 250GB extra one plus full reinstallation. I love it, my machine is back on game. Thank you Check Plus Computers.
