Horrible return policy and customer service. My nanny bought a gift for my one year old son’s birthday at this store, and they sold her a 9 – 12 month old sized outfit, telling her it was the right size. I tried to exchange the item for a larger size less than a week later, and although they acknowledged that they recalled selling the item to her, they refused to exchange it for me. As a working mother, I don’t have time for stores that make my life more difficult. Parking in the area isn’t the easiest so the entire experience was a lot of wasted time. Additionally, the merchandise that they carry is a nice selection but isn’t unique and can easily be found elsewhere.

This is a wonderful little gem on Main Street. I bought my double stroller and some gifts there. The service was amazing. The owner actually put my stroller together for me, showed me how to use it, and put it in my car. He has two young kids so was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have wonderful clothing to choose from and unique gifts as well. I will definitely be going back!

Earlier in the year my husband had to do a return for a gift that we received from here, and was really impressed with the ease of getting store credit. They kept it in their computer system, which makes it really easy as a new mom to not have to think about bringing the gift card/​receipt with.
Just yesterday, we walked back and got our six month old some teething toys. I was really impressed with the high quality of toys to choose from and found that they were not overpriced! I really appreciate that, so I can support my local store without having to look for it online and get it cheaper elsewhere type of thing. I also appreciated that the saleswoman was able to point us in the exact direction for the type of toys we wanted and was able to give us insight about her preference and top sellers. I have to admit it’s a little overwhelming otherwise!
Before we headed out, our little guy got hungry so I sat in one of their super comfy rockers to nurse him and he ended up falling asleep! The saleswoman was very helpful and helped us configure our stroller so that we could transfer him while still sleeping. Really appreciate the extra set of hands, as we are still getting to know our new stroller :)
Looking forward to going back to use the balance of our store credit and get gifts for all of our nieces, nephews and friends.

This store is wonderful. The owners and everyone who works there are so warm, inviting, and kind. They are so well informed about all their products and child care. They have filled their store with the most wonderful products that they believe in and have tested. My family loves to just go hang out with them and my son rides the toys around the store. The owner has been so kind that he hand delivered some supplies when my wife couldn’t get there and they built our crib for us and brought it out to the car so we didn’t have to even park.
They do all the research when we ask questions and call us right back with the answers. I can guarantee that if the reviewer who had to wait for help goes back they will fall in love with the store and everyone there.
It’s rare that I write reviews or love a store so much that I felt the need to express how wonderful the store and owners are… Go see for yourself!

Not very happy with this store. Walked in and waited at counter while woman was speaking in the phone. She made no effort to acknowledge us even though she saw us standing right there. We waited patiently and still nothing. Sad considering we own several upscale items they carry in the store. Nuns high chairs and Alma Bloom crib! They just lost one of their targeted customers due to the lack of professionalism of their sales associate.

Went into the store today just to «look around» with the hubby. Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful and their products were excellent. Ended picking up a couple of things and having a short conversation with the owners.

I visited this store yesterday and am obsessed! They are so sweet and their store is incredible — I wanted to buy everything! Main Street really needed a store like this. It will definitely be my go-​to for gifts and items for my own babies. They have everything from cribs to baby wipes. Beautiful store, lovely people and high quality merchandise.

Great shop — very friendly staff. It’s a smaller store, filled with excellent things they have specially chosen. Nice vibe and a nice space with room to roam — not cluttered with too many things.
