Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich with coffee. The sandwich was absolutely horrible. I took a few bites and left the rest, the smell was rancid. A few hours later I became ill, really ill; ruined the rest of the day and into the evening. Finally the next morning after unmentionable events I recovered. This place is terrible, never again. Overall cleanliness is bad, dirty tables and carpet. Service is most unimpressive.

If you have food delivered, have it delivered an hour early! We ordered lunch boxes for 40 to be delivered between 11:45 — noon. They arrived at 12:20 pm and so lunch was late. It was stressful. Once delivered, the boxes were delicious an ample portions.

I love Panera bread and I was thrilled when Panera bread opened up in our town. I love their menu and it is a excellent place for meeting. However, I am a bit skeptical of their cleanliness. Our family walk in on a busy day and waited until people left to grab a table. When an employee came to clean our table, my son asked her if she can clean the seat as well. She replied«No» without explaining why not. So I went to the manager to tell him about what happened, his response was that they DONOT clean the seats because they can’t use the same rags for tables and seats. He told me that we should use napkins to brush off whatever was on the seat. What??? Sure! I don’t want same rag that wiped the table to wipe seat and vice versa. Why not use two different rags then? Do they EVER clean their seats? Their restroom is starting to look little rough too. I once went in around 9AM and the hand soap was almost down to the bottom. On my last visit around 9AM, their regular coffee was all gone and only decaf left. I notified the worker and after little bit I returned and still no coffee. I don’t know how long it takes to brew coffee but I don’t have all morning to sit there and wait for some coffee. I left with decaf coffee and not happy. I expect little higher standards at Panera Bread.

This place is way overpriced but the real deal with the Betteravia location is that its a dump… im sitting in here now unfortunately and there is garbage all over the floor, most of the tables are dirty and theres 3 people in here. I think the manager needs to be fired. Oh and i just ordered the Chicken tortellini… they forgot the chicken

Typical panera. That being said the customer service and cleanliness of the place are lacking.

When you work in food service, if you see a customer waiting, you MUST acknowledge them and say something along the lines of «Hi! I’ll be right with you!» This morning, my mother and I went to get some coffee and pastries. We were next in line, and there were two girls behind the counter, both saw us, neither of them said anything. One of them was fetching stuff for a customer, I understand that, but you still have to acknowledge the customer. Then the other one wasn’t doing anything, she was just standing around. I mentioned to my mom that if i did that at my job, since i work at a restaurant, i would be fired. I think she might have heard me(GOOD!) because then the one who was standing around said«i guess you’re next.» Service is bad. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

The soup and sandwiches are pretty good when they have what i ordered in stock and don’t mess up my order. The iced chai is yummy but small and over priced. They don’t have any dijon mustard which is a shame. Ok atmosphere to dine in.

So I felt cheated today. I was about to go to Panera since my pregnant wife was craving it. I got there at 7:30pm and they said they are closed because of a staff meeting. Why would they schedule a staff meeting during store hours? They suppose to close at 9pm. Ridiculous

Waste of money and over priced. Small portions. Long line. Credit card machine didn’t work. Horrible service-gave me the wrong drink cup. Not enough food.

I love the food, but it is just so packed at lunchtime that I generally avoid going there. The location is simply to small to handle the large number of people that value a good quality soup, salad or sandwich. If you can, try to go at 11:30 or 1:00 for lunch.

This place needs some TLC or a better manager! Tables are dirty and broken, service is slow and grumpy, espresso machine is broken and the ‘art’ on the wall sucks!

Typical Panera. Parking is very chaotic in this lot but once you make it inside, orders are fulfilled quickly. Not impressed with the quality of my sandwich. Waldorf chicken salad sandwich had ONE sliver of a grape in it(kind of a key ingredient) and the sandwich came with wilted lettuce and tomato(not sprouts as I’m used to).

Panera is pretty much the same everywhere. The location is A+ and the atmosphere is great. Lovely for coffee dates and study groups/get togethers. However their food… I just can’t help but imagining that every dessert and bread/muffins/cookies are over 500 calories and high in fat/sugar. Pretty much in every department that isn’t so good for your health. It’s tasty though, i give you that! I’ve had their soups and tomato paninis, even their breakfast coffees. I like their pumpkin muffies when it’s fall time but other than that, Panera is just good for their inviting atmosphere(which pretty much keeps them in business)

Just dashed in and out as I had animals in the car waiting for me. Food was good, as I’d expect from Panera, and the staff were friendly and polite. The store was clean and had outdoor seating as well as indoor. Atmosphere was casual and comfortable. I’d definitely be up for stopping here again if I’m in town.

I have been frequenting this Panera for about four years. It must be a good place to work, because many of the employees and managers have worked here for that whole period. I think that helps with the consistency and the service. The employees are generally very friendly and service is fast. The food is good, and like any Panera, the ingredients tend to be fresh. The atmosphere is comfortable and you never feel rushed to leave; I have spent a lot of time working on my computer or studying here over the years.

I come here every Sat morning(well it feels like Sat morning to me but I guess its usually between noon and one [weekend warrior]). I have to carb load to help with the hangover and my go-to is a «you pick two» with a bread bowl and a half sandwich. I suggest changing the piece of sourdough with a piece of the wheat bread — it looks and tastes healthier… although I don’t know if it IS healthier. I usually get a medium coffee in a paper cup, so I can refill it one more time before I leave :) The reason for the 3 star is because without fail, at least two of the coffee containers are empty. The price for my massive meal is ~$ 12. It’s enough to fill me up and I’m about the size of the 8th grade bully you remember so vividly… The line is usually pretty long but the staff recognizes that and adapts by opening up multiple registers SO don’t let the long line perturb you. #carbloadsaturdays

My husband swears they used to be better. I had the ½ turkey cranberry panini, ½ Asian sesame chicken salad. When it arrived I told the server that she had made a mistake because that was a hummus plate and caesar salad. She had to pick apart the sandwich to prove to me that it actually had turkey and cranberry. The turkey looked like a thin smear of hummus and the cranberry looked like someone wiped the back of a spoon on the bread to clean off a little jelly. There was no sign of the cheese. Lots of spinach. It tasted like a spinach sandwich. I literally could not taste the turkey or cranberry. I couldn’t finish it. The salad was also unrecognizable as an Asian salad — in both looks and taste. My daughter got tomato soup and immediately said that it tasted like watered down pasta sauce. I tasted it and she was dead on. My husband got the BBQ chicken salad and said the sauce tasted weird. When we decided to get a quick lunch I was hoping for Jersey Mike’s but my husband talked me into McPanera. I will NEVER be back.
